amazing what can happen when you have a QB who can complete a pass. The defense has to worry about both phases of the offense...

It had to have been Kevin Keitzman. He's a K-state grad. I listen to 810 everyday until his show comes on. K-state hate aside, his show offers almost no objective analysis of sports. He typically finds a way to spin something then hammers on it for 4 hours. He's well-known for trolling and callers can't talk to him because he'll cut them off and not listen to other points of view. His "aww-shucks, just one of the guys" front he tries to put out there is also very hard to listen to. He also likes to go "on the record" with "provocative statements." Such as about a week from the end of the MLB season he had the "stones" to declare himself the first person in KC to predict that the Royals would be playing past the final day of the season. No mention that the Royals had a 90% chance of making the playoffs by sabermetric analysis but boy was he putting himself out there! As far as Mizzou is concerned, I was here when they left to the SEC and boy was he sore about it! There were calls for Mizzou fans to boycott his show over his comments. But now you would think he and Gary Pinkel are lovers. It's sickening listening to him play the "good ol' boy, pattin' the coach on the back" and trumpeting ANYTHING Mizzou does as pure gold. He's such a two-faced jerk. The only reason why he has the drive time slot is because he has part ownership/vice president-sports director. His show is absolutely the worst one on that station's airwaves. Soren Petro from 10 - 2 is light-years ahead of Keitzman in sports knowledge, decorum, professionality and analysis. As you can tell I have quite an opinion on this guy.

I have the tune in app and did that for Nebraska and it took me to KLIN in Lincoln but they aren't playing it. Maybe they can't play it on the stream for some reason.

I would be satisfied with performing to a level fundamentally that a high school team can achieve. No national championships, nothing involving wins or losses. Just fundamentally sound football where Nebraska does not beat itself. And can I only voice my opinion if it is in support of the staff? I'm pretty sure I voiced my opinion.

I completely agree with this. Bo was asking for the ax to collect his payday. One more big middle finger to the state.

I, for one, look forward to a mistake riddled bowl performance. It's really entertaining when I can almost pinpoint the moments the team will have a penalty, fumble, interception or horrific special teams play. Gives me something else to do instead of shake my head in disgust. But hey, these kids will run through a wall for Bo but learning and playing fundamentally sound football is where they draw the line.

Teams are 0-8 this season the week after facing MSU. I think Nebraska loses to PSU, beats Iowa, and if they face Texas in the BWWings bowl (as some predict) then they lose to Texas. If this pans out I think Bo is out...

1. MSU Defense was not impressive. Nebraska ran all they wanted to one them 2. MSU forced 2 of the 5 TO's. The other 3 were hand wrapped by our own doing. The INT may even count as an unforced TO but I'll give them credit on that one. 3. OSU beats them handily because they know how to handle the moment and not sh*t the bed. 4. The Defense played phenomenal and I think we have a really great unit going forward.

The fact that Nebraska was even in the game in the second half shows that MSU is not that great of a team. With all the gifts they were given (They only forced 2 of the 5 TOs and that INT by TA was thrown right to the DB as well, but I'll say they forced that one) in our territory and to have it a 1 score game int he 4th quarter is a joke. That last TD only scored because the D was on the field for 39 minutes! They were gassed! That vaunted defense wasn't very impressive to me, Nebraska ran at will when they could hold onto the football. And the D was helped by hardly ever being on the field. OSU wipes the field with these chumps.

The Time of Possession needs to flip in the second half for Nebraska to even have a chance. Count me not impressed by this MSU Defense. Nebraska has moved the ball very effectively. They haven't stopped Nebraska, we have stopped ourselves.

I'm anxious for him to come back. But only if he is a threat to run. If he is not then I think the offense runs better with a different QB who is a threat to run. If Taylor doesn't have that threat then he's pretty ordinary. For the record I want him to start over TA but only if fully healthy...... We have a bye and maybe the Minny game could be for him to knock some rust off or get another week of rest. turf toe is the worst...
