There is no reasonable reason, that at this point in the search that we should be able to reasonably reason whom or what is real. Am I not seeing something or just tell me what you guys think.

** Scott Frost megathread all things SF***

That’s what I’m saying is Moos was at the basketball game, had some business to attend to and then took off to Orlando. JetLinx is a private jet company owned by a Husker, well at least partially owned. -

I’d imagine Mr. Moos was in attendance for tonight’s basketball game. Atleast that is the justification to myself. -

Actually that makes a lot of sense... the owner of JetLinx is Denny Walker, a UNL Business School grad and currently serves on the entrepreneurial advisory committee at UNL. His ties to the university and considering JetLinx is a fleet of private jets it would make sense.... Jeez, read the guys profile and it’d make a lot of sense. He is in the Track and Field Hall of Fame, served as Honorary Chair of the Big Red Gala as well as serving on the Husker Greats Committee.. -

Think you’re reaching a bit there, all we can really assume from what Rittenberg said is someone told him that Nebraska is making a strong push for Coach Frost. -
Nebraska sent offer to Scott Frost?
bisonwiches replied to jessica0's topic in Rumorville: Hirings / Firings / What Ifs
No it’s current as of 2014 I do believe, but either way it’s stupid he went to the playoff last year and as you said making $$$ with less pressure than he’d face here -

He won’t leave because of treatment options for one of his children -
He has the best attitude I’ve ever seen. His wife Dee has those medical issues (not starting a rumor, there was an article about it from a couple years ago.), apparently she reacts to industrial products poorly, but it was the first I’d heard of it when I read the article. You’d never known he had outside issues...: he also seems to genuinely love the game of football.

Tenn fires coach and we still have our giant failure
bisonwiches replied to jauken's topic in Other Sports
Do you know not understand “I don’t make coaching changes during the season”.. At WSU Moos fires the coach on a Saturday (I believe) and hired Leach the next day. So just stop, commenting more about it on a message board isn’t going to somehow make Moos change things. Moos is working on our next coach, just stop. -

Seriously? We are #5 in all time wins, look at the names who reached out to us in 2014, Nebraska is still Nebraska. Pelini got himself fired and speaking of him, when he freaked out about fair weather fans, it’s someone with your attitude he was talking about. -

I look at what Moos did at Washington State. He made his decision to fire the coach, then he acted on it, fired his coach one day and announced the new hire the next. I want Riley and crew gone, but I think it’s important to keep his word on his rule to not fire coaches midseason. -

How about this.... real actual info. Look up Jonathan Vilma’s interview with Russilo, says that Chip Kelly has been talking with him to possibly be a linebacker coach at UCLA, maybe Florida. Though real, doesn’t provide anything concrete -

It’s eeriley similar to one posters post, lots of assumptions. -

Jessica0, it’s a crap shoot no one except Scott knows what he is going to do. I imagine if I look hard enough I can find 7 new guys saying Scott is a done deal to either Florida or Nebraska. -

Some people are looking way too deep into Spurrier’s comments. All that can be taken from it is that the coach they are looking at is currently coaching, but even that is an assumption as he says almost 100%, really if you want to take anything away from what he said is that they are searching for a coach. -

They may include Tom in the process, but maybe not because it’d be necessary but maybe it’d be a special moment for Tom and Scott. Have Tom present when the dotted line is signed or something. -

What I would love to see is the fan base come together again, reassert ourselves atop of college football as the best fans in the country. I think Scott is the guy to make that happen again. -

No what happened is we are all die hard fans and supported our coach no matter what, even though the past was terrible, we as fans supported him. It’s just gone way too far now... -

They’re turds and I’ll admit I haven’t watched them this year, I just assumed it was understood that publicly speculating was inappropriate. -

If Nebraska had a head coaching vacancy they’d at least mention us as a possibility, though both hate us so they wouldn’t say he’d come here. I think it’s professional courtesy to not suggest coaches for a school that is not yet searching for a coach, publicly. -
