I am willing to give the current coaching staff one more year. If things don't improve, cronyism must end and new blood brought in.

I'm not immune to the reality that this staff might not be the fix we needed, but I'm guessing there are more problems this staff is battling than just Xs and Os. Typically the crap makes its way out in more than just rumor form.

You think Riley's losing the team now? Just wait till he dumps TA for his new guy POB. A real coach would know you don't talk about a guy as a leader in the locker room then kick him to the curb when something shiny and new comes along
