I think Mir is #2 right now. He's been in great shape his last few fights and he has great hands. All around good game. If Barnett would quit failing tests and get to fighting again he would be up higher too. Just my opinion of course. My head instructor trains Josh. Erik Paulson. I am a representative instructor under him. He is amazing. Wealth of knowledge.

You got to think it will happen for them both. I would love to have them no matter what their star ranking is.

It seems to me that there are some very good playmakers standing on the sidelines when we are on kickoff returns and punt returns. Are our coaches so scared of fumbling the ball that they just want someone to catch it and thats good enough? Special teams can light up a crowd. They can change field position. Why don't we use it to the fullest?

Also would like to see everyone come out of spring healthy! My biggest want!

Would like to see the receivers catch the ball. Would also like to see a good push from the DL but usually the line play is vanilla in the spring game. So its hard to gauge.

Osborne is a better athlete. He brought more power at the point of attack. His run support was better as well as his speed in coverage. This is all my opinion for sure but thats how I saw it. I also seem to remember Osborne being a blitzer, maybe Pelini had a blitz package for him. That for sure went away with Cassidy. And Osborne did not rotate in often after the 1st couple of games. He rarely played.

We are going to have to do better against OSU and Mich. We need to take away some of their talent. Easier said than done I know.

Its pretty cool to see Nebraska up there as one of the big wigs in college football history. Think future recruits would like to be a part of win 900? Or do they even care about that?

A good DL can make the rest of the D look great.

Yes it does. Something had to be up with him. I thought he did very good when he was on the field and then poof, he disappared. I agree with most everyone hear regarding our voids. Our LB's and DB's will be fine IF our DL can get some penetration. Opposing QB's had way to much time to find a receiver.

You are correct. The story on ESPN says he tested positive for the "grass" after his loss. Guess he will never learn. I've never done it so I don't know what advantage that would give you. I couldnt imagine fighting like that. When I fought I wanted my concentration level to be at its best. Maybe that helps it?

My wife is obsessed with Pinterest too. I find my self looking at it when she leaves the room! Some cool stuff on there for sure. Thanks for the advice darkhorse.

Unique indeed. Its nice to have the legacy kids that are highly coveted and "should" be ours. It does open up the coaches as you said. I don't think the coches will take the legacy kids for granted thinking they will be in just because they had family here. They need to be shown just as much love as the other recruits because other schools will come calling.

I guess they need to figure out if Diaz was serious about being done with MMA. You think he would take the rematch since he thought he won.

Lots of offers and to kids all over the country. Just hope to land a few more of the top tier kids this year.

It really points out the importance of game day atmosphere. At OU they were sitting down most of the blowout game! Also saw where OU coaches told on Petrino for his talk with Beckham. That made it official so he couldn't attend the in home. He would have for sure if not reported. Wonder how many times this happens? You know not all coaches get caught doing this.
