I guess I'm not a fan of it if I am trying to engage 2 different people in the same topic.  I'll get used to it, but to me it seems weird.

Yeah, that's where I'm at as well.  I wish I knew how many double posts it saved but that's not possible.

I was also kind of waiting to see if anyone had feedback or even noticed.  I think one other person - perhaps @Cdog923 - at least mentioned it before but that's about it so I wasn't sure if anyone else even knew it was a thing.

I mentioned it when it happened to me. I believe it is just the time issue. Only has happened to me once when making 2 replies within a minute of each other in the same topic. Probably not that big of a deal most of the time. Just slow down a bit
