I think you might be cutting it close but ultimately should be ok.  Under normal driving conditions it takes about an hour to drive Eppley to Memorial Stadium.  Depending on where you're parking and stadium traffic you could conceivably add another 45 minutes.  If the game ends up being a 3:45 or 4:00 game as college games have been bleeding towards you might be in a bit of trouble.  Also factoring in if you need to check a bag and airport parking.  Also, there will be a heavy police presence so you'll be running a higher than normal risk if you choose to speed.  Just my .02.

IMO play this safe. Traffic following a game can be pretty dicey on I-80. My parents live in northwest Omaha and a drive from the stadium after a game to their place took about 90-100 minutes when I was in college. Getting out of Lincoln was bad and traffic was rough on I-80 until well past Waverly. If you can leave Lincoln by 3 you should be good regardless.
