Ummmm....no. an effective manager welcome people who are around him/her and are honest about their opinions. Express the opinion, let the leader make a decision then accept the decision and go. That’s not being a “yes man”. That’s having a good team around you that you trust.

Those have way more to go with the kicker than you want yo admit. The one against Wisconsin was a direct result of not kicking it in the end zone. And, if you don’t do that, get enough hang time for coverage to get down field. I don’t remember the one against Iowa specifically. But, I’m going to guess it’s the same. I have no clue how good this guy is with special teams. But, I’m pretty sure they will be better next year than last season.

Seriously @BigRedMax? when you took over the board, I was one that gave it a chance thinking, a few ads aren’t going to be a big deal.
