  1. thats way to big of a jump they have to move to many guys back to do that that and i doubt there are 50 4 star defensive tackles Jumping up to 3 stars might be enough, would need a 5.7 to move into the top 50 for DT. Or 86 rating on 247 to get in the top 50.
  2. ESPN, I think they use scouts? Has nothing on him at all.
  3. He just made the 8A all-state second team. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/highschool/football/os-hs-7a-8a-all-state-football-20130105,0,7637527.story?page=2
  4. Yeah. Now they only have like 34 commits with a max 25. They only have 29 commits that I see... Georgia has been pretty good about not over sighing like a lot of SEC schools do. They will take over 30 because they signed a very small class last year. 5-7 (because I don't care to look up the actual number) are early enrollees so they will count against last year. That was the big push they had for Johnson. They were hoping to get him in as an early enrollee so it didn't hurt/count against this class. Consider it the most "ethical" way to oversign without officially breaking any rules. They had 19 on their listing on 24.7. I do not know how early signings work and all that. I just hope that the kids don't get screwed over, beyond that I don't really care. It seems really shady how recruiting rules work in different conferences. I do not think its fair to the students to have scholarship revoked.
  5. I believe 85 is limit. Sorry, wasn't sure ifl it was 80 or 85, went with the lower number.
  6. The max is 80 recruits overall, so if they take a smaller scholarship class it can mean they can take a larger class once every couple of years. Especially since they usually lose a few juniors early to the draft. Edit: For example, last year they recruited 19 players, which means depending on who they lose this year they could have 29 spots open.

  8. Any shot at Mr. Johnson still? Or is he not interested in us?
  9. Hopefully that means Willis and Newby are coming N.
  10. Late to the party my friend. That's what we're debating on whether hes a reach. He is a reach, but I trust the coaching staff. His highlight tape looks good, he has a motor but is undersized for his position. We will see if he develops or is a bust.
  11. Nate Clouse just tweeted Kevin Maurice just committed.
  12. That's just, like, your opinion man.
  13. Any speculation as to who? Valentine is obviously one, but who are the other 3? Curry was our only other DT that signed in last year's class. Unless McMullen is maybe one, but that would mean they moved him over from DE. Are some of these guys walk-ons? I heard it was just four talented linemen he red shirted, I assumed it was referring to Valentine, Curry, McMullen and Moss.
  14. Just a point, he did switch his defensive line scheme. They switched from the 2 gap mostly after the OSU game, I believe. Hey still used it some but not predominately. I'm hopeful that the young guns we have in the stable will be very good.
  15. Would love to have Terrell and Adam in his class, both of these guys will be explosive playmakers. Hope you are right and he is N.
  16. If we can get some good offensive linemen to go with all our skill players . . . . . The Big 10 loves good line play, and so do the fans at Nebraska. Come on N and be a part of a dynamic offense.
  17. What does it take to recruit DTs? . . . . We need them badly.
  18. Hey, that's a good one hack; cats are special creations. I have one that, through observation, has learned how to turn the lights on in our home. I know that he could turn them off as well, but he just seems to prefer light to darkness. And running up your electric bill.
