B1G analysis say we are fine, but if we do not find a 3rd scorer to help Shields & Petteway it will be tough. I am not sure I agree, but this guys said that we are a good team that could be great. He also said that our bench is a big problem.

Louisville took 9 players the last 2 years and both classes were in the top. He also got hurt early this year, so he trying to catch up. He is Nebraska kid, which makes this a must.

He was not impressed by Doc and the direction of the program. We now have a new coach and we are competitive. Plus, we have a need for a big man with plenty of playing time available.

Please Miles, go bring him back to Nebraska.

Frank won with TO's player and the level of athletes in the system were declining. I am not a Callahan fan, but Frank left the cupboard bare. Bo on the other hand is a porfessional idiot, but he at least left Mike with some good players.

Agreed, I think he was really good too. I'm starting to wonder more and more if it really is MR and his buddies retirement fund. Please, tell us more. This is not odd. I had a buddy who had the same job under Callahan. He lost his job when Callahan got fired. Due to social media, you now are able to see these fires & hires. Before, it was not considered news worthy. And it still is not today.

There remaining schedule is very week, hopefully they can win the majority of their games.

It is a different era. TO had 20 more schollies than today. Thus, he could take chances on 2* NE players and offer schollies to walkons if they made first or second team.

This I agree with. Bussey would be most talented back on our roster. We will be fine without him though. Wilbon was a plan b or c that decommitted from vandy right? Bussey is and has always been our only guy and we have fended off the wolves until right up until signing day. Too bad we couldn't hold the sec off any longer. Kid will be special. Definitely was not plan B or C. Was a Rivals top170 guy who committed to Vandy VERY early (April of Jr. Year), then decommitted when Franklin left. We then held off PennSt and others for him. You beat me to it! He was noway a plan B.

Don't forget about Tyrin Freguson.

Sorry, there is not enough D1 talent in Nebraska. Plus, in TX & CA they play year round.

Rivers & Pitchford were the reason we won last night. We just need consistent play at point. Benny is just to unsure of himself. Defense is good, but he is passing up open shots and just too slow getting the ball when someone is open.

5 people isn't a.merger. Umm... a head coach, 4 of his assistants, the director of football operations and the director of player personnel certainly approaches merger territory. So 6(not counting HC) of like 16(maybe more) total positions in the football area are a merger. Child.... Please. Are we not only allowed 9 position coaches (including HC)? the others are graduate assistants. so.. 5 of the 9 slots are filled with OSU coaches.. doubt there will be much of a merger tho.. seems like none of the current staff will be retained. Travesty if Brown let go We will see, but I heard last year he was thinking of retiring.

Agreed, but when is open he is not getting the ball fast enough. He & Shields both get frustrated very easily.
