Urban learned how to manage his heart issues. He left his dumpster fire of a program and took the OSU job when it came open.

Not the same health issues, Urbans was stress related. I doubt Minnesota is going ti get a big time hire. Kill was a great fit for them and it sucks they have to lose him.

Anyone with knowledge of the situation knew this was eventually going to happen with Jerry. His health was really bad especially when the pressure was high. It is too bad, but the writing was on the wall.
