i am starting to think that richie might be a few fries short of a happy meal.

@commando I think that without his father, Richie Incognito can't function. 

Think about it--his whole time at Nebraska, we heard from both of them as if Richie's dad were on the team too. Richie's dad was the one who was upset at Callahan after (insert unsportsmanlike event that got him benched), which is why he left for the NFL early. Solich at least tried to get him help and kept making sure he got help, and that help stopped as soon as Solich was fired (IIRC). 

I think Richie's dad either knew he created a beast or that Richie was one of his own volition, and he did his best to tamp it down. Now there's no more governor on his actions except for Richie...and we're seeing how well that is going in a high-stress event.
