  1. Rather, that Twitter account only retweets polls that look good for Republicans. Although nothing exemplifies the Republican voting apparatus more than justifying a vote for Walker over Warnock. I look forward to his speeches about moving our dirty air to China and importing clean air on the Senate floor. His secret COVID spray will be a revelation in protecting other Senators from getting COVID.
  2. That's a conservative pollster, but I'd have to think it's somewhat close. The advantage in the House is R+1-2, so a 5 point win should translate into a majority of 20-25 seats. They'd probably win the Senate by flipping Georgia and Nevada. My personal guess is that we end up with a modest R+2 election, meaning that Republicans will win the House but control a very slim majority of less than 10 seats. The Senate probably stays 50/50, but it really is a toss-up.
  3. "Gaetz sent Greenberg (plead guilty to 6 felonies including sex with a minor and sex trafficking of a minor) two suspicious payments, totaling $900, via Venmo late one evening in May 2018. The memo of the first payment was “Test”; the second read “hit up ___,” including the nickname of an 18-year-old woman.... The morning after Gaetz sent the payments, Greenberg transferred sums amounting to $900 to three young women. The memos for the payments were “Tuition,” “School,” and “School." This guy is a giant pile of s#!t, asked for a pre-emptive pardon, and it's obvious what he did, and you celebrating the lack of charges is typical for a Republican voter. Exactly.
  4. If by that you mean the guy he was with - Joel Greenberg - who venmo'd numerous young women various sums with strange captions, plead guilty to 6 charges, including sex trafficking of a minor. But he does have a glorious R next to his name, it therefore must be the case that is a collision hoax. I mean, sure, everybody in the guys orbit is a scumbag, and maybe a guy he traveled with frequently with young women plead guilty to sex trafficking, but no sir. Not Matt Gaetz!
  5. Guess asking for that pardon wasn't necessary. I ask for pardons for things I've never done too!
  6. There is absolutely no way McMullin is within even 7 points. The polling for these races is off by a much as 2020.
  7. Very on brand honestly. Let's be honest, Republican voters would vote for Putin if he had an R next to his name.
  8. If he keeps saying dumb idiotic s#!t like this, Republicans will froth at the mouth to vote for this guy in 2024. Although at the rate DeSantis is committing felonies - and being a giant pile of s#!t as a human being - Trump may be falling behind in the race-to-the-bottom to appeal to the Republican voter. Unfortunately America seems pretty likely to elect one of these complete morons as the next President. At least the slow death of America at the hands of truly moronic people is at least funny.
  9. You are correct, but it's also true that the rise in gas prices has hit the Eurozone much harder than the United States. As gas trickles below $3.30 a gallon, that's not that far off of normal prices for late summer.
  10. We agree to disagree. If a horde of Trumpers are this easily brainwashed, outright rejecting many actual problems our country faces and substitutes imaginary ones instead, then we absolutely get what we deserve. Currently, the median voter ranks gas prices - completely out of the control of the President - as a bigger concern than MAGA Republicans (despite having the lower prices than all of Europe and developed Asian countries). So, yes, if they walk into a voting booth in two months and elect MAGA we absolutely deserve it.
  11. https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-rally-plays-music-resembling-120704615.html No matter how dumb I am, at least I never voted for this.
  12. It was on Facebook live, it was public by default. Regarding other posts in this thread, I don't think anybody should be fired for this. If coaches don't want it to be public that you skip meetings, that you've given up on recruiting or anything else, simply don't skip meetings or don't give up on recruiting. It's not like he's leaking anything crazy. What, Benhart is bad and this is a revelation? I do have eyes and it's obvious. Stating something easily discernable is not that scandalous. The guy has several plays each game where he doesn't even touch an opposing player. Regarding the alleged comment about a cheerleader, which is difficult to hear and may not be true: if you don't want people to know about it DONT DRIVE AROUND ON A BOAT WITH COEDS AND THEN BRAG TO THE ASSOCIATE AD ABOUT IT. This is not difficult. Some of you guys need thicker skin. Stai shouldn't be fired and more information should come to light about everything. Purge everybody associate with Frost from North Stadium and rebuild with somebody with a modicum of competence.
  13. Holy Mother of God, they're not even hiding it anymore. Oh well, America gets what it deserves. If Republican voters are moronic enough to vote for this - and all indications suggest that they indeed are - then we deserve what's coming to us.
  14. This is a completely legitimate political candidate and is in no way a weird cult where the leader is a historic moron and grifter. To those who say we need to treat this political movement with the mocking and derision it allegedly deserves, I say STOP it.
  15. This makes no sense. It can be true that treating human beings as political pawns makes DeSantis a giant pile of s#!t AND that good people stepped up to help said people after that human pile of s#!t treated them as such.
  16. When a party has no actual policy outside of tax cuts for the rich and doing a poor job of hiding their overt attempts to politicize the Judiciary with hacks - and what little policy they have involve denying reality like claiming climate change is "a hoax by China" and election have been stolen, it's simply best to make up problems.
  17. Didn't that lib enclave have volunteers bring them food and water - and had so many people show up they had to turn volunteers away? But yes, Ron DeSantis is a giant pile of s#!t for treating people like this. The only thing worse are the voters who 1) think this makes a good policy point (it doesn't) and 2) finds joy in it. Instead of wasting money on this, why don't red states take that money and provide Healthcare to the poor. You know, since they're morons who sued to stop government for paying for it? And before you ask, by healthcare I'm not referring to Ivermectin or injecting bleach.
  18. Ron DeSantis has everything we need in a President, including treating human beings as political pawns so Republicans can feel like they're "oWnInG teH lIbZ". Glad they're focusing on that and not uncomfortable questions like "why are red states so poor" or "was making 'democracy is bad' the main policy of our Party - to be in the good graces of a twice impeached former President, under investigation for numerous crimes, who's leaning into QAnan conspiracy theories - a good idea?"
  19. Oh yes, that time they stormed the capital and a Democratic Senator, after running from the mob, showed them a fist in solidarity. Both sides are equally as bad here. Let's not forget all those Biden flags we saw in Portland! You voted for a guy, twice, who is now leaning into Qanon conspiracies, so congrats on that. Let's hope Ron DeSantis continues to debase himself further so Republican voters find him palpable. Although Greg Abbot is certainly trying to beat him in the race-to-the-bottom.
  20. https://www.google.com/amp/s/abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics/wireStory/trump-openly-embraces-amplifies-qanon-conspiracy-theories-90006436 Imagine voting for Trump twice. Again, to anybody with eyes and ears none of this was surprising. You people willfully voted for this because you didn't want "the libz" talking down to you telling you it was a moronic idea, which it was.
  21. Breaking federal laws normally makes somebody a giant pile of s#!t. But Ron DeSantis is simply upping his bona-fides with average Republican voters. He's got to pile up at least a few more felonies to be a viable GOP candidate. Politely asking Trump to have the courtesy of giving them a reach-around is no longer enough to get them elected in the eyes of Republican voters.
  22. You hit it on the head with Benning. He always talks in a way that implies he has intimate knowledge of the situation in North Stadium and leaves it to the listener to fill in the vague areas. It's been his shtick for awhile. I don't know as much about Severe. At the end of the day, we should treat all these rumors like Riley rumors of players not lifting weights or practicing: they're not true in all likelihood.
  23. Using human beings as political pawns is pretty slimey and makes the person doing it a total piece of s#!t. Which are actually the most important aspects of getting elected as a Republican so he has that going for him.
  24. These reads like a post with the most used buzzwords from Truth Social.
