That's a conservative pollster, but I'd have to think it's somewhat close. The advantage in the House is R+1-2, so a 5 point win should translate into a majority of 20-25 seats. They'd probably win the Senate by flipping Georgia and Nevada. My personal guess is that we end up with a modest R+2 election, meaning that Republicans will win the House but control a very slim majority of less than 10 seats. The Senate probably stays 50/50, but it really is a toss-up.
