    Supreme court allows states to legalize sports betting.  If a book opens in Iowa, I'm going to be over at the casino every weekend.

      Ricketts isn't smart enough to allow sports betting in Nebraska.

      Because of course not. Nebraska doesn't need silly things like tax revenue.

      So you can't bet in person in Nebraska, but if you bet online while in Nebraska you owe the State their taxes?

       

      Isn't that profiting off of gambling?  Isn't the opposition to gambling coming on moral grounds?  It surely can't be because of the addictive nature of gambling (for some people) because I can go buy booze & tobacco in Nebraska right now.
