I think they can start lining up at anytime but I think they can't go in until 3 hours before?

It's pretty game dependent and tough to say with Frost fever - when I was there, there was a core group of a couple hundred kids who would always get there a couple hours early. If she's there 15-30 min. before the gates open for most games then she should get some of the lowest seats, especially since the home games aren't great this year. Some of the bigger games I remember (like '10 Texas) had thousands of students waiting before kickoff.

If she got east then she is very, very fortunate as an underclassmen (assuming they still go with seniority). I think it's the better experience overall, especially since it tends to be the older students and grad students. South was always a bit more of the 'party' s*** show with all the drunk freshmen struggling to stand. Some people liked that but I was there for football.

I should probably clarify....She answered "east" on the online form and it approved the transaction. But I suppose they could still issue her ticket in the south if priority dictates they do that.

How long before kickoff do the gates typically open?  This jungle rules seating is new to me.
