    Has anybody ever smoked a whole beef shoulder clod? Looking for advice.

      I wrap with foil rather than peach paper and inject witha simple beef broth if I inject at all.  Salt pepper and garlic or a rub like heffer dust and let it smoke.  I use the KISS method.

      @HuskerInLostWages If I do inject I picked up some Johnnys French Dip aus jus that’s supposed to be pretty good and it’s basically beef broth. Also planning on a simple rub of black pepper, salt and garlic
