Please god let this happen.............these Iowa fans have been terrible to deal with this season. Updated bowl projections has us playing Oregon in the Foster Farms bowl in California on December 26th. http://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2015/11/8/9691220/bowl-game-projections-2015-ncaa-football-playoff we play them the next two years. This could be like how we played Washington over and over. Hope not, Oregon is starting to gel real well, we are not ready to play them. We don't have to be ready to play them right now. That game is almost two months away.

Wasn't Mizzou a top ten team when we beat them in the rain down there? Or the year after? IIRC they knocked off #1(ish) OU and then we beat them the following week. I could be wrong tho.

That was the right call to make. Done correctly and it kills 10 seconds off the clock. The execution was as pathetic as the onside kick was.

Nice win tonight. Some good improvements. Still some work to do.

I think there is a lot of talent on this team. The problem, as I see it, is that it is stacked in only a few positions i.e. WR, & DT. There are gaps in the line up at other positions.

I think SE is just f'ing with the fair weather morons.

I recall coaching a game at UNO on their astroturf field during a pretty heavy late season rain. The water build up on it and under it made it feel like you were on a watered that had sprung a leak. It was terrible.

We don't know. Folks can point to MR's history and say it's never gonna change, but in reality they are just guessing. It will take a little time to know for sure if the MR era is a dumpster fire or if this season is just growing pains. Until then, place your bets and cross fingers.

I'm not a fire MR now guy, but why the hell would I care what that pencil neck geek thinks about the football team? I don't ask a dentist to diagnose a car problem.
