  1. May be, just may be, our coaches finally realized that Jano exists.
  2. Pound those pretty boys from UCLA. Just ram it down their throats.
  3. Finally Jano delivers. He just needs our idiot coaches to give him a chance
  4. Is it me or does Mike Riley look completely and utterly clueless?
  5. In five years, I see us hoping we get that sixth win so we can be toilet bowl eligible. Mike Riley would have made a fortune off the back of Nebraskans and he will chew his gum happily as he rides into a blissful and rich retirement. We will be wondering and arguing what if we hired Tom Harman or Scott Frost or Mark Richt who will be celebrating his third ACC championship. How about that for a picture to counteract the abundance of Kool-aid drinkers on this blog.
  6. I was hoping for an opponent we can actually beat. I don't trust that these coaches can actually come up with a game plan to beat UCLA. They have a very good QB and we have Turnover Tommy. That coupled with the fact that these coaches still believe that we have Aaron Rodgers and will air it out to the tune of 50 plays while keeping Jano, Ozigbo, and the rest of our running backs hidden and tucked away, I already see the outcome. Of course, I will be cheering on my huskers and will travel to support them knowing that these coaches are clowns that will never turn things around. However, it never hurts to hope for miracles.
  7. Sadly, our team will not be successful unless these things happen: (1) Reduce the number of turnovers per game (2) Reduce the number of killer penalties per game (3) Improve on special teams and not just the punting. I mean working on having some real special teams like going after punts and returning some punts and kick offs rather than simply fair catching the ball (ALL THE TIME). (4) Improve our secondary (5) Utilize the strengths of our team and not just focusing on one aspect even though it is not working. Of course, that is 200% coaching. Our coaches seem to devise game plans that are not suited for the talent we have and the results are more than obvious. (6) Get some real coaches who actually care about husker football Unfortunately, the coaches we have right now are not the right fit for our program and this was evident this year as none of the above were fixed. We are among the worst nationally in turnover margin and penalties. I look around at all the other teams and the bold moves they have made this past week to be able to be competitive next year and here we are stuck with Eichorst's dumbest experiment of all times to go with a coach that clearly does not have a winning tradition. I am sure that we will have to endure another very bad season next year before the powers that be decide to pull the plug on this doomed experiment. I love my huskers and I wish them all the best and success and will always bleed husker red no matter what the outcome may be. I pray to God that my assessment of these coaches is wrong but what I have seen this season is characteristic of what these coaches have produced for a long time at Oregon State so the chances of them turning things around are the same as our chances of winning a national championship next year. Finally, I am left to wonder what did Alabama and Oklahoma do to deserve their coaches? Has Husker nation not suffered enough since 2001. When is our time to rise again? Has the sun set on husker football and the best we can do now is hope that we get selected to play in the toilet bowl against Texas, where we will probably have to endure yet another defeat because our coaches are ignorant? Food for thought.
  8. Your stats are useless my friend given that we had 433 yards to Iowa's 250 yards, and we ran 84 plays to Iowa's 44. My point is that Iowa did not have to do a lot to win the game, just play smart and don't turn the ball over. Our CLOWN coaches decided to make Tommy a passer thinking they have Aaron Rodgers which cost us the game. If Cross was not doing the job, then bring in Jano or Ozigbo and keep trying. An 11 point deficit is not a big deficit to overcome and they should not have abandoned the run. You my friend are just a Mike Riley apologist and are here to state bullsh#t facts. I really hope that you are getting paid some of MR's money for the job you are doing. Oh wait, MR is smart when it comes to money (not coaching of course). He would not share because he is planning a nice retirement at the expense of Nebraskan's hard earned money.
  9. Ryker Fyfe didn't throw 55 times against Purdue. Sorry. He went 29-48-4. He also threw for 407 yards and 4 TDs. If Fyfe doesn't throw 4 Ints we most likely win that game. Same with the Iowa game, if Tommy doesnt' throw 4 Ints we would probably have won that one as well. Plenty of "ifs". It's a shame Riley doesn't like the running game. "Ifs" wouldn't be as necessary. These coaches are paid millions to understand the talent they have and plan accordingly. That is why they make MILLIONS and we work our asses off for crumbs. If I don't own a 4-wheel drive jeep, I would not go off-roading. Same principal here. If you do not have a QB that can accurately read his receivers and throw without giving the ball over 22 times, may be you should consider other avenues. Where the hell were Jano and Ozigbo throughout the Iowa game. The Iowa game was the ideal game for running the ball. That is what Iowa did. The difference between our coaches and the Iowa coaches is that the Iowa coaches play smart and to the strengths of their team and our coaches chew gum, look calm, and hope that Tommy does not throw an interception. That is poor planning on their part but then again, they will ride into the sunset with millions while we spend our time hoping that the CLOWN AD realizes the stupid mistake he made and finds a way to correct it. The only way to correct this mistake is to FIRE EICHORST immediately and bring in someone with Nebraska ties and have him tell MR that he needs to right the ship next year or he can start packing in November to beat the snow.
  10. For the love of God people, wake up and smell the roses. Last year, when Mike Riley was hired, almost everyone from Oregon State told us what to expect. A 0.500 type of season with may be one surprising win against a ranked opponent. That is exactly what we got. And that is exactly what we will continue to get with this coaching staff. How will this ever change if it hasn't over Mike Riley's very long career? It will be more of the same sh#t next year and they will say that the team has not adjusted to POB or he is still learning the system or some other crap excuse that people here seem to eat up like it were vitamins. And for those who say we were not blown out in any game, newsflash, having a 2-10 Purdue team hang 55 points on us is a Blow Out and a huge embarrassment given the fact that Purdue did not score more than 35 points in any other game and have not beaten any other Big 10 team. There are more than six first year coaches that did wonders with their teams. This coach is supposedly experienced and not a 35 year old coach at the beginning of his career. These results are unacceptable and people who make excuses or want these coaches to have another year hoping for a chmapionship run next year are dillusional and need serious medication. The sooner we end this experiment the better. However, I am smart enough to know that nothing will change and this coaching staff will have at least one to two years of this sh**ty performance and at that point, Riley will retire with a nicely financed bank account, chewing his gum all the way to Hawaii, while the state of Nebraska attempts to pick up the shattered pieces. At that point, we would have slipped so far into irrelevance that the way back will be nothing short of a miracle. This is the reality and anything else is a bunch of rainbows and unicorns. Having said that, I will always bleed Husker Red and I will hope that my beloved Huskers win every game.
  11. Do I want to see my beloved Huskers play again. Of course. However, I don't trust these clown coaches to be able to prepare for another game and I am afraid we will end up 5-8, which will ruin Christmas and New Year's. I do not want to see Riley chewing gum pretending that everything is OK when his coaches are doing a piss poor job of play calling. While I appreciate his calm demeanor, it is coming off as a complete lack of inevestment in the outcome of the game. I just want Sean Eichorst and this coaching staff on a bus getting out of Lincoln and letting us heal and try and get some real football coaches.
  12. I am really tired of fans making excuses for these clown coaches...sorry if I offended any actual clowns! If we kicked the field goal with 7:47 left in the game, we would had a chance to go for it with 2 minutes left in the game. This is what I learned: (1) These coaches did not even live up to their 0.500 rating. They are horrible and this will not change regardless of how much time they are given. Look at what Tom Harman did in a very short period. (2) TA was Iowa's best player today. Iowa is overrated, way overrated, but they do play smart and don't beat themselves. CJ Bethard is average at best but at least he does not make mistakes and gives his team a chance to win (3) Our AD is useless lump that needs to be removed forever because he is arrogant and will never admit that he made a mistake by hiring an average senior citizen at the end of his below average career to right a ship that needs heavy guns. (4) We have to endure two more years of this sh#t and my stomach can't handle seeing Reily chewing gum and acting like his team is up by 50 points when he is actually losing at home to an overrated team. (5) Out gaining an opponent 433 to 250 yards and 22 first downs to 11 means jack sh#t with these subpar coaches. (6) The only bowl we should be invited to is the toilet bowl. End this experiment and let us go after an actual coach who actually has the man sack needed to make the tough calls.

  14. Anyone who thinks that we have good coaches, they are severely dillusional and need therapy. For a stretch there, we had more penalty yards than actual offense. The calls wee horrible. We are still the most penalized team and one of the worst in terms of turnover margin. Tell me one category we actually improved on this season. We sucked in every aspect of the game. The use of talent is horrendous. Where were Jano, Ozigbo, Welbon? I am done. Nothing is going to change and we have to endure two more years of this sh#t. It is depressing. I am thankful that we found coaches to take our money and not produce any results.
  15. Shame that these useless coaches are cashing their checks. If I were them, I would pack my sh#t, leave an "I am sorry" note for the fans, and get out of town. Reily had the loser look on his face the entire game...he looked defeated from the get go. That is what loser coaches look like. Expecting 0.500 coaches to suddenly become winners is dreaming of riding rainbows.
  16. This staff is inept. Pure and simple. Nothing s going to change next year. Horrible way to lose
  17. Really? Les Miles? Much better than what we have. Way much better.
  18. If ever he can't beat Ferritz, what is he going to do against Harbaugh and Ohio state?
  19. End this experiment and call Les Miles right away. Reily does not even have a winners look on his face. He already looks defeated.
  20. I hate Mark May. He hates Nebraska so much. I honestly hope that this ass gets fired. He has definitely not been neutral. The guy hates Nebraska as if someone from Nebraska did something bad to him. I hate him soooooooooo mucccccch.
  21. Not true at all. The refs calls went both ways. Out offense is not playing well. We gifted Iowa seven points and we have not played well at all. Where is Jano? Where is Ozigbo? Where is Brandon Reily? We are doing the same sh**ty plays. Langsdorf is not a good OC. Anything else is bullsh#t.
  22. Our defense is playing well enough for us to win but our offense is sh**ty and that is putting it very politely. TA is playing for Iowa today.
