    Seeing a new "Donate" button on my home page - I assume this is what we asked for in lieu of the offensive ads. Just waiting on some guidance from leadership - is it legit?

      All donations should be made payable to husker Boards accountant, knapplc.

      Yeah, that's our new donor button we're trying out. There will probably be new ads as well to replace either (or both) the current banner ads. AFAIK, both tracks are necessary to recoup current server costs. The offensive ads were just a big "oops". They've assured us they have family-friendly variants; we shall see!

      If we collect more money is there a chance to avoid the ads? If memory serves there were a lot of people offering up healthy amounts of money to get rid of the ads ... won't take much to muscle them.
