    He was at the top of my, coaches I really like, but could never coach at Nebraska list. Loved his book, Swing your Sword. If you haven't read his book, do yourself and pick it up. I know a few guys trying to make it in the CFB coaching world. I said tell them to read this so they understand, how hard it is to make it big.

    My son was all over Lebron (we live in Cleveland) until he watched the Last Dance. I remember it clearly. He says, "Dad, you are right. MJ is the best ever!"

    I am not too freaked out about a 3-3-5. You just use a lot hybrid people. Also you can attack from all over. We use it at the HS level against run heavy teams as well.

    This is not the list I first saw. It was just the one I could find. The list I saw had about 20 schools. Standford, Notre Dame, Cal, Duke, and North Carolina were the only big schools I remember on them. Others were D-3 type schools like MIT and U of Rochester where my son goes. Yes it is a huge list. TOO BIG>

    Stanford is a "little Ivy." That type of background is important to them. My son plays FB and competes in track at a little Ivy. I have learned a lot about that world. They like to keep things in that house if possible. https://www.bestcolleges.com/blog/public-ivy-schools-and-little-ivies/

    Actually makes perfect sense. He is an IVY league guy. That would be important to them.

    It took a year or 2 for us to identify a coach or 2 that could possibly determine the success of a coach. This was mighty quick. This could quickly define Coach Rhule.

    Mods can we lock out this conversation and move it to it's Own thread? I want to see coaching news not more conversation about HBCU's and Prime love/hate. I feel like I walked in on a middle school girl fight.

    I watched, I saw a decent OL move people. Scheme is useless unless we win the LOS. Who is the OL coach? FIX THE DAMN LINE, SO WE CAN RUN THE DAMN BALL!
