For me it seems there is alot of pressure fans are putting on Bo and company. Will the faithful get rid of Bo if it doesn't happen? There was a guy by the name of Osborne that had a few great seasons amidst some solid years ... but overall toe it was the direction for the program that stood above it all. I like the direction of this program, the attitude, the coaching, the way business is done ... and I'm not really all that concerned about others perceptions. We are Nebraska! SheepdogMark

I went to college in Springfield and grew up at Lake of the Ozarks. Went to Camdenton High School. Hillcrest is not a football power and rarely has a decent team ... so this one was rather surprizing to read. Some very solid 5A schools in that area ... Ozark, Camdenton & Glendale to name a few. That added weight will help his stock go up if he has a good season as well. Makes him seem more versatile and durable. I'll be curious to see how his speed and quickness and effected. SheepdogMark

Seeing he is from Kansas and we just got a top tier QB from Kansas and all the recruiting momentom ... I see this as a definite loss in the recruiting circles. This one hurts. SheepdogMark

To me, that's like saying I'm gonna get on the Walmart bandwagon. Personally, I'm not against Walmart ... I'm just FOR capitalism and free markets. You can win ... everyone can win ... if things are set up fairly. The reality is that OK could have won had they sided with us ... both in the short and the long run. As a graduate of Southwest Missouri State, now Missouri State ... I would agree with this comment. SMS would love to have ISU on the schedule in any contest, including academics ... I'd put us up against them anyday. SheepdogMark

Just a real bad article. I don't see many "facts" and actually read things I have not read anywhere. I heard no crying from Osborne at all on the situation. You won't find a more "level headed" guy in Osborne and on this situation. People will feed off this ... even though they have no clue ... go figure. SheepdogMark

I've missed OU since we started only playing them every other year. Wish we played them every year ... even moving forward. I'm just a big fan of that game. Miss it and the rivalry. I'd love to drag OU and TU to the Big 10 as well. If only ... SheepdogMark

I'd be interested to see if the Mountain West brings in the leftovers from the Big 12 here. You would have: Air Force BYU Colorado St. New Mexico San Diego St. TCU UNLV Utah Wyoming Boise St. Iowa St. Kansas Kansas St. If Notre Dame takes the plunge into the Big 10 then I think they add an invite to Mizzoo, if not, then Misery falls into this conference. I live in TX and know the pride of this state first hand. What I don't think they really get is that time zone thing. Imagine all those sporting events with the different time zones. That will make home and away games a different animal for sure. SheepdogMark

He will be very tough to get away from MU. MU has a QB for this class though if that means anything. Yes they do ... but MU will be taking 5 QB's and 12 WR's in the 2011 class ... it's all about balance baby! SheepdogMark
