  1. Did he have an injury that limited him to 5 games as a junior and 10 as a senior? Monster numbers and could be a STEAL!
  2. Seems to have the right mindset. Look forward to following how he does.
  3. Well we've already seen over-thinking and undisciplined defense. Let's try some play fast read and react defense. If it's also undisciplined it still might be more affective than the last few years. I just hope Banker can adjust when an offense throws a wrinkle at him that he didn't expect. Pelini defenses were like turtles. Flip them on their back with an unexpected wrinkle, and it was game over. Turtles!
  4. I liked the content but it seemed like it was told by a rambling drunk
  5. who is cole? Just said on the radio this was a kid from Chadron. Maybe this guy. LINK Cole Montgomery Wouldn't still be on 2015 roster if him, would he?
  6. Since they already broke them into the Red and White teams it may be likely these will be the Spring game teams.
  7. Just read all 5 pages to catch up. Wow! I don't spend as much time on here as I used to but am thankful that it is here. Thanks Mods and Admins!
  8. Not really, there was a time when the Huskers were on KKAR. When it comes to football, with every game televised, this is not a big deal (other than an FM simulcast), but for the other sports, this is a great move. 590 will air ALL baseball games, including Friday games, and the reach of 590's signal is bigger than that of KFAB's. The only time I ever listen to a Husker football game is in the car and good luck getting KFAB in Des Moines after dark, 590's signal booms in day AND night. KFAB still had pre and post game shows when KKAR carried the games. Maybe they still will.
  9. Even under Osborne it shows how cyclical the talent level in-state can be.
  10. That looks like a ransom note! GIVE ME BACK MY SON Aw! You cracked the code.
  11. A snapshot of how the top two TE have produced at Oregon State and Nebraska over the past five seasons. While its a matter of personnel it could be an indicator of greater production for the position going forward. 12. LJS Holds the C-2 record for yards rushing in a season with 2,892 this past year. Holds the 11-man (all class) state record for yards rushing per game at 289.2. Huld Highlights He had over 300 against us the first game of the year. Kid is good. Not shifty at all though. He will end up as a fullback. Guaranteed. Nice frame on him What is the status on him? He is currently not listed among the Nebraska walk-ons.
  13. This is a good list. Thought, I'd argue that the most missed local show has to be Schick and Nick. Call me a dork, but that show was hilarious. Yeah I once emailed the Schick and Nick show to let them know I didn't like the show initially bit it grew on my like a fungus and I started liking it. Matt emailed back that was the funniest compliment they ever got.
  14. Their graphics arts people must be scrambling to add Adrienne Talan and walk on Noah Johnson
  15. He was the second biggest blunder of previous staff behind Joe Burrow
  16. He'd make a heck of a center...but which sport?
  17. 247 now has Nebraska at 50% to Oregon at 40%
  18. It's possible that he is playing tackle because he is the best lineman on the team and you put your best players where they can help you the most. Also, is it common for a LT to be 340 lbs? Seems like that is too much weight for a tackle. Wisconsin is known for their big beefies on the O-Line and on their two deep at OT are 6-5, 321\6-6, 295\6-6, 303\6-7, 320. At OG they have 6-7,324\6-5, 301\6-5, 317\6-4, 299 So the answer is no, it's not common for a tackle to weigh 340 lbs.For the record: Scout and 247 have him at 6'6 320 and 6'7 330 respectively. Found this on the trend in the SEC: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000250750/article/mammothsized-linemen-becoming-more-prevalent-in-sec
