I'm thinking specifically of tOSU last year. AM lines up in the pistol, and quickly moves under center, tOSU puts 5 guys over the center. They knew (gambled) that formation had only one play. I'm hoping with the I formation we'll have plays we can audible into and have success.

I was encouraged when we motioned in the I on the first play. It's wasn't for nostalgia sake. There were times last year when we were 4th and 1 and really could have used some plays with the QB under center. Seeing the I formation leads me to believe we have a QB sneak (or a full back dive) play in the book now. I don't think we run this formation just for the toss sweep.

The video was not on the original 45! My sis and I were grade schoolers when this chart buster was released, we'd get our husker gear on and dance. Glad there weren't cell phones and yt back then.

The Marlon Lucky reference on the scoreboard gave away the time frame. CU was crap back then, they had won just 14 games over 6 seasons. Why did we tear down the goalposts for such a crappy team?

It's allowed but never done. Here's the rules: My son started playing junior football in 2nd grade, he's now a senior. I can't remember ever using the other teams balls or them using our balls. Teams use the worst legal ball they can for punts and kickoffs. I imagine if the visitors wanted to use the home teams balls, they'd get the worst ones.

This Husker is 7th in career passing TDs and 9th in career passing yards.

Hunt says he works with Vedral 40%, AM 40%, and 20% Bunch. Didn't mention McCaffrey. Verduzco continues to sound like a Dobbie Gillis character. Held wins the coach's hat challenge of Beckton. I like the script Husker on Beckton's but red is win more often than not with me.

One point that stood out to me was during the wrap up at the end. Howard Griffith hit on Frost and Co's communication style, no a lot of yelling and screaming, just coaching. This observation is very much on point to what Frost was saying a year and a half ago.
