    It’s been a big problem for a few years. You can’t overestimate the value of a consistent reliable QB. NU hasn’t had that. Why Frost doesn’t see this is beyond me.

    I don’t know the answer to that. Trump put it in his 2018 budget though I believe. So let me ask you, if Dems really wanted it, why didn’t they do it when they had a Super Majority and absolute control?
