That's impressive to hear coming from a Florida guy. They recently upgraded their facilities as well and boy did they look stunning. Can't remember the exact price on how much money Florida spent to upgrade but definitely looked great.

Such a sad day for his family and for college football. He will be missed

Well that sucks for the rn bc he hasn't committed back yet but I feel we are going to gain his commitment back eventually. I was surprised he never committed to another school after he decommitted here.

Did our long snapper this year graduate or did he transfer out? The long snapper that committed to us is he suppose to be the starter coming in to next season?

I know we had Jeff Sims visit but do we go after any of those qb's on the list? One can only dream of having DJ UIAGALELEI.

It has worked both ways for Nebraska. I would say that the majority of it working out is better then failure. SF, GA have failed, while John Garrison, Marvin Sanders, and Mickey Joseph are just some of the names that have had success here.

I just asked about Joe Ganz. I do think he would work his tale off but it would be harder for him to show prove that he could do it that's all. I think he has the advantage of being a former qb at the University that's it nothing more.

So we have 2 other commitments that we don't know of? Man I hate the lead on wish we could find out who has committed.

Someone mentioned Joe Ganz but you said it be better if he tried getting on at Tim Beck's staff but I want to know why you don't think he shouldn't be hired on here. I think he is definitely hungry enough to have success here.

When I say established I mean someone that could be at a college that doesn't have the name recognition to be looked at but as shown he could develop qb's into the league bc that's what kids want. I have no clue who CR is considering but would hope he can get someone that has experience instead of someone new to the position that has to learn on the job that's all Im saying. Donovan Raiola wasn't a establish college coach when he got hired which I believe was a huge mistake. He had to learn how to recruit and still has to prove to o-line kids how he makes them better against someone who has more of a proven track record.

I only said that he might transfer out bc Husker Fans watched him play and want him to transfer out. Didn't believe he should have been recruited. I feel like if he had a line he would have been much better but so would CT.

Like Steve Calhoun or maybe Mark Whipple. There's plenty. Even if you don't like the names I gave you there are plenty more where their track record shows they can develop qb's and put them into the league. Not saying Jake Peetz by any means would have been a bad hire bc I actually would have looked at his experience and who he learned under but it would have still been a tough sell for certain qb's that have doubt.

Thanks for the update. Thats going to hurt knowing what could have been. Especially knowing what Nebraska missed out on Max Duggan and him being in your backyard and him being the second best player in the nation.

Since we got a new coaching staff any new word on Flores???

I loved his dual threat ability but he had along was to go to develop into a passer. Wish we stuck with him to develop him. Oh well on to our next qb recruit good luck to him!!!
