You're wrong carl. VaTech's offense is outdated. They're not flashy enough to be a good team. I don't care about records and wins it's about style points. VaTech just can't be a good team with their offense...even if they win a NT. (rolls eyes)

You know for all the crap the North gets...at least our top teams have been winning the games they are favored in. OU 2 losses, TT and OkSt Houston....Texas is the only one taking care of business.

I don't like Rome's show because every person that calls in tries to talk exactly like him and it's annoying. Back in 07 I heard Rome say that he felt the college football world was much better when Nebraska is relevant.

The difference is being able to get pressure with 4. Didn't see a lot of blizting and having 7 guys in coverage is a huge advantage that most schools don't get to have on virtually every play. Our defense should keep us in every game. I want to see next week to verify though.

Yeah I agree. No big blown coverages (can't fault a guy for falling down in the rain and there were two other guys to clean up), 2 picks on a qb that hadn't been picked yet and were in position to pick off 3 or 4 more (again rain is rough) and they didn't quit. Finally the offense did enough but they played even better than VTech. I think Bo wanted to say yes when asked but he is just making sure he watched the film first and he wouldn't give em out that way either.

It would've been a completely different game without the rain. We all know that. Both teams had to scale down their offenses so I'm still not convinced KU will beat these guys guaranteed. Plus it's a rivalry.

Our offensive playcalling was less than stelar for 3 and a half quarters. Wish we'd have pounded it WITH A FULLBACK earlier.
