  1. http://www.sbnation.com/2010/8/11/1616806/2010-college-football-season-thoughts-jacory-harris Just some random "observations" with a coupld about the Huskers sprinkled in.
  2. The more I look at these, the more I think I might have to download one to put on my travel mug. I haven't changed the picture for a couple years.

  4. Red from goal line to goal line, with black endzones. Disgusting. I bet the local stores will make a killing with their Tylenol sales due to servere headaches after the games.
  5. Absolutely not. Why would I? I'll make two of them for the cost of that thing, plus that "replica" appears to be plastic and about half the size of the real thing. I'd pay 50 bucks for one that you made before I'd buy one of the replicas
  6. That's what I was referring to earlier in the thread. That thing is only considered a "replica" because it has a horseshoe framed on a piece of astroturf. I'd make my own too, but I'm just waaay to lazy for that
  7. I voted for UFC 125, but I think we should just go for which ever one is the last one for the 2010 calendar year. So if 124 is the last one, I say we stop there and pick it up in January with the next one.
  8. Pretty much what I thought they would say. Good find
  9. Here's a Slow-motion gif of Sonnen's tapout
  10. Our Walmart has specified "ENTER" and "EXIT" doors at each end of the building. They both open on both sides, what's the point of marking them, no one gives a damn if they're walking against the flow anyway.
  11. What I don't understand is the replica NU horseshoes you can buy from Husker stores. If you can get these real deal shoes for only 20 bucks, why not sell "replica" ones with real shoes? I don't think it would drive the price up more than a 5 bucks
  12. Maybe gherkins, cornichons, or Kool-aid pickles?
  13. Texas is down to 2 true freshman back-ups at QB; Case McCoy and Connor Wood. Senior-to-be Sherrod Harris quit to focus on academics. They better hope they can keep Gilbert protected.
  14. Don't worry, I clicked the link an extra 30 times for you By the way, is your caps lock broken?
  15. http://cfn.scout.com/2/990837.html Top 10 1. Alabama 2. Ohio State 3. Georgia 4. Florida 5. Oklahoma 6. Wisconsin 7. TCU 8. Boise State 9. Virginia Tech 10. Texas
  16. Philly is on the very edge if not outside of Big 10 country. Pittsburgh would be a ? since there is a hometown BSC team there in Pitt. Cleveland - maybe but seems odd to me. Minneapolis - only if they get a new stadium - that dome is a dump. Green Bay - seems out of the way and could that small town host the influx of tourist? My preference would be a rotation of Indy, Chicago and Detroit with maybe a game in Green Bay on the odd occassion. I wasn't necessarily saying that they are all good choices, just more options than we have in the Big 12 right now with most of them being in Texas
  17. Here are some gifs courtesy of Cage Potato http://www.cagepotato.com/mma-gif-party-ufc-117-edition I don't remember the pen flying like that Sonnen was ninja-esque in that first round Roy's belly makes me sick to watch, but also makes me crave some jello And how about that double head slap thing Sonnen did? Innovative, not really effective, but I bet it was frickin annoying
  18. Full release? What kind of place is this?! Whoever wins, I'm just hoping for some decent production on offense
  19. **Bump** How are the projects going fellas?
  20. If you look at Sonnen's past, this happens to him a lot. He'll control the fight, get takedowns, ground and pound, and keep his top position. He doesn't work much (if any) BJJ in his training and it shows every time he gets submitted. 8 of his 11 losses have come from submission, most in fights he was winning. That was pretty heartbreaking to see him lose like that. What pissed me off even more is how all the casual MMA fans were cheering for Silva and claiming it wasn't a questionable tap out.
