Oh yeah, Q. That complaint -- for any coach -- was always perplexing. I mean, I think we can generally see and feel why this is a positive change. But harping about execution when it's not done correctly is what coaches do all the time. It's their job.

Also, just as coaches often get beat by other coaches or don't get something right, so too do players get stuff wrong all the time. The coaches are right to comment on it.

I guess I just found it ironic how the last guy would tell us he was "pointing the thumb". And then immediately launch into a diatribe about the players not executing his scheme. It was probly more obvious because Pelini wasn't a polished speaker. At all.
