I say Craig Bohl after one more year at WY, he has excelled as a head coach. His players play like they have a chip on their shoulders. They play like they want to win, he also seems to develop talent! QB's at ND State!

I watched the Big Ten Championship game last night after Volleyball was over and I kept thinking to my self wow we are no where close to Penn St or WI at this point in the year and we are even further behind MI and Ohio State. We are a middle of the road team in the Big Ten. WI will dominate the West the next few years and we seem to have no clue? I never was sold on Riley and I am still not, he is a great guy but wow I cant help but wonder if we can ever really compete with him as Coach?

It is obvious that we need help fast! After watching WI and Penn State last night it would appear that WI is prepared to dominate the West for the next few years. very young starting Offensive line and good skilled players. I am trying to prepare myself for the years of disappointment yet to come! Obviously I am not very optimistic about the state of Cornhusker Football!

Frost has only been and Central FL for a year, I doubt he leaves. As for him coming to NE, I have heard Damon Benning say on more then one occassion that this will not occur.

I watched Tape on POB - he completed 100% of his passes! My guess is Tommy's tape showed him completing 100% of his passes! I have not watched tape on the new kid but I bet he completes 100% of his passes too! Recruiting tapes are a commercial where everything is good! It is not like that in the BIG! I believe we need a dual threat QB but I am not a coach - I am just sitting on my couch wondering whatever happened to the Cornhuskers. The guys who were tough! Alas, a era that has passed!

I am shocked! If I were voting they would be out of the top 25. Of course after the bowl game we will be out of the top 25 so as you say does not really matter. Nice guy gets his ranking!

Just read two good articles in WH - one suggesting we are soft (agreed) and the other suggesting we need a new coach (agreed). We are soft and Riley is not the guy to get it done. He can hang around 5 years and then maybe we can hire Craig Bohl who seems to instill toughness every where he goes!

I have heard Damon Benning on more then one occasion say Scott Frost will not come here for reason related to his playing time here at NE. I wish Riley was the answer but I don't think he is and WI , OH State, Penn State, MI, and Iowa will not be waiting around. I doubt we can beat a big time team like those mention with the lack of heart and the amount of softness we have. How many times do you see a running back make one 6 yard run and then leave the game? How many times do you see a receiver do the same? Do we have an issue with conditioning?

If we throw 60 times per game we lose! Next year 7-5 is most like it!
