It really doesnt matter if the oc/dc is in the booth as long as there is communication between the sideline and the booth. Also helps if the coaches have chemistry. The latter i believe was a huge issue, given some of the rumors we have heard.

and the defensive collapse after the penalty leads back to a comment that has been killing me, "this season could be worse if not for the senior leadership". any time adversity has hit it seems as if the whole team just crumbles. nobody on the defense stepped up on the drive after the penalty.
