They lost a lot on offense I guess. Rumors here are that POB isn't picking up the playbook, so it'll be Hill's job. Would like to see POB help them out as well. Another reason to root for them.

The CSU fans I've talked to are not optimistic. They're expecting to be even worse this year than they were last year. And they were 3-9 last year. I'll be rooting for them though.

I wouldn't stop being a fan either. You can't just turn that off. But if my school knowingly turned their backs on these types of atrocious things, I'd be conflicted about showing my "pride". I would still wear red to support the current players and staff, but wouldn't flaunt it as much.

Like everyone else, I thought the ending was rushed, which is perplexing to me. The only reason I have HBO is because of GoT. How many people are going to cancel their subscriptions? HBO did a heckuva lot of advertising at the beginning of this finale, but with the disappointment fans have over the finish to their most popular show, how much confidence do we have that other shows will be worth it? Seems to me HBO left a lot of money on the table by hurrying to the finish of GoT. And I think they're going to lose a lot more because of it.

Amen to that. I have such a HUGE respect for the man who raised us as his own, and think that helped guide me as a father. My brother was easy, but I was a pain in the a$$ to raise, but he did it the best he could. My mother never worked, just volunteered. Raised us on a farm, taught us how to work, be respectful, responsible, etc. I took a weird path to get to where I'm at, but eventually got here, successful, happy, etc. He's such a humble guy about it too. When I've told him how much I respect him for raising us as his own, he just shrugs and says, well, I got your mother out of the deal. Now he's got four grandchildren that adore him.
