Im looking forward to college football in general. Not just the Huskers but any college football.

I might be there. I have a friend from college that is a huge Buff fan and he is suppose to get tickets. Not sure if he has them yet, but I will more than likely be there.

He should still get plenty of game action this year. It may be clean up duty but he is still going to give it his all.

So is Patrick Turner a "bust" then since he hasn't set the world a blaze with his five star rating yet? He had all the hype in the world coming out of high school but he is not an all american or scoring 6-10 touchdowns a season yet.

So where does this start? Anytime there is someone lower on the depth chart that has more potential than a player that has been here longer and was a previous starter but doesn't show as high of a ceiling as a new freshman, then the freshman should start. I suppose we should start Paul this year instead of Nunn, Swift, and Peterson. We should also play Jones, Williams, and Barrett instead of Byford, Murtha, and Nicks.

He needs to man up and play with some fire under his ass.

He looks like he is a pretty good athlete. I don't know where he would play, but he better hurry and commit if he wants a spot on our 2008 class.

I think that it will be a rotation between the four (Wilson, Green, Asante, Thenarse). At least to start with. If two or three seem to step up as the season goes along, then we might see that rotation cut back abit.

I believe he is retiring as the Panthers alltime leader in tackles, interceptions, and interceptions returned for touchdowns. Or at least he was the leader in two out of those three.

I wish him the best of luck. He is going to have his work cut out for him to try to beat out Titchener, but if he gets in just once or twice this year, it was probally well worth it. At least it would be for me.

The play clock at 15 after tv timeouts is what they should of done in the first place to try to speed up the game just a little bit. I am glad that they corrected their mistakes from last year.

It is good to see all of the other players supporting him through his rough time.

01 Oklahoma game was the best game that I went to. When Crouch caught that touchdown pass, everyone in my section was high fiving and giving each other hugs, it was crazy. However, the game I remember the most was Washington in 92. It was the first game I went to (10 years old at the time). I remember crying all the way home from that game. It sucked that they lost the game, but I loved every thing about the stadium, crowd, and pure emotion involved in being at a game.

I would say Will Shields on offense and Groce on defense/SP.

I say: 1.Win the Big 12 North 2.Do not lose to anyone that we shouldn't lose to (CU, KU, ISU, KSU, MU, aTm, OSU, WF, BS, Nev) 3. Win a game that we are not favored to win (USC, Texas, Big 12 championship)

I don't like our d-line in a 3-4. I don't think that Turner would do that well getting double teamed every play. However, having him as an outside linebacker might be better for a 3-4. I do think they should have some packages of a 3-4 ready so that we could use it on obvious passing situations to confuse the quarterback.

Has anyone blocked a punt yet in this game? I couldn't do it last year, but the year before, I would block about four or five a season.

They also mentioned Colorado as a possible team to go to the Big 10. I don't see why they would want them.
