That's a great story!!! I think this is true to many Husker fans just not in quite such a dramatic way. I remember growing up and watching or listening to game with my dad. He would get so mad and I often thought well what the heck why? He worked his ass off every day of the week and we didn't have much at all, but it was like he was yelling at the team as much as getting rid of all the stress the week gave him. I didn't realize this until I got older and on my own with my own struggles.....I often have my wife and kids staring at me like I am a lunatic or something. More of a passion for The Huskers than just football.

I was saying and I am guessing KC was also saying that TA needs to be in there in all snaps BUT garbage time. I should have been more clear I guess but that's where IMO we went completely wrong last season. Lesson learned from the sounds of it.

Ha ha I like that lol. I have been really impressed on how well the "Whole Team" seems to get along this year. It just didn't seem this way in past years.

IMO. We got an answer to all of the people in the past that often said "what would it hurt to put the back up in for a series of "real" game time". I think we found this out last season. I think when TA threw one pick the worst thing you can do is yank him out of the game for a learning experience. But, if he throws a pick/fumbles or two and shows real obvious signs of distress on the field (I don't think he would) then you pull him and try someone else.

After watching Big Red Wrap up and watching that film I cant wait to see what these two will be able to do especially being up here with the really good tackles that we have in our lineup right now. They have a very good skill set no doubt Confident, athletic, Strength, and aggressive not sure what else you can ask for.

That is true, but I really think it back fired for the most part. I mean the Penn St game, wasn't that the one that he got hurt in or was he just playing that badly I don't remember because I was deer hunting at the time.

I didn't look but who ever wrote that article forgot to mention that RKIII often replaced him at the worst times and I think Bo when asked if he is planning packages for Fyfe in every game he quickly stated that they are not afraid of playing him at any time or Stanton for that matter, but they wont be making a change just to make a change. I liked hearing this because the majority of the time it hurt us more than it helped us. And, I think this is what he indirectly was saying.

This is such a strange conversation and weird comparisons. Nebraska is nothing like almost all of the comparisons. To me this is more like History repeating itself. T.O. was on a so called hot seat also (I know been beaten to death by that) They are not the same person I know that, not even close, but the way they are starting off and the hump they each couldn't get over to this point is amazing how similar it is. The only difference is TO's starting point was a hell of a lot easier than Bo's. I think he is doing really well. And, Although I don't agree that it should have been said by Bo, but the comments he made were true. People leaving at half time of a game of a team they support is just ridiculous to me, maybe not others but what ever. And yelling at our own QB is terrible, but it happens I guess. I think Bo is getting to the next level and I believe barring any further injuries it will start this season and next year for sure. Kinda weird because that's also about the same time frame that it took T.O. to get over the hump
