Would you want to be treated the same as the average black person in this country? ...isn't this the entire point of the movement. To bring discussion to the majority of Americans - to shine the light on dark places within our justice system than many are willing to overlook. Maybe there's not injustice everytime ..but shouldn't one injustice be enough? MRI was first sincere, second well spoken, third clear in his thoughts, four used logic, and finally doing it in a Nonviolent and noncombative manner. The fact that we are talking about how his protest makes US feel instead of discussing much of the issue at hand is much of the problem of culture in america. A lean towards egocentric and turn from empathy. Not aimed at anyone's comments in particular- just food for thought.

All very true what's been said. He looked like an 18 year old in front of 73k. However there was one out route to the fat sideline that he threw the best possible ball you could thrrow in for an offense only catch that had me a little awestruck. Raw but the talent is there.

Tommy looked much faster. A few weeks off that ankle as much seemed to have really helped.

For how much the team talked up wanting this game I'm surprised that it seems they don't even want to be there. Apathetic at best

One of the biggest things I've heard against the B1G is quality of football. With tosu, mich st, harbaugh at mich, pen state seemingly turning the corner and decent play coming out of Minnesota (I know I'll get burned for that but it's true) I feel like the b1g over the next 3-7 years will become as relevant as any other conference. Why leave when the fightings getting good. Because baylor and tcu are playing well? We are in a conference with national champs. I'd rather be picking my fight with them than any b12 team.

In order to lift well and most of all apply power, you need good flexibility. And not touch your toes flexibility...extensor, hip flexor, spinal flexibility. Put that in place now, maintain it and it's amazing how much more powerful and athletic you can become. Good flexibility lead to strong core leads to good posture = solid technique. Solid technique backed with some power lifting this summer = pipeline
