it depends if cincy can win impressive. most voters will stick with TCU, so would i, i thikn cincy is very over rated and will get destroyed when they play a legit top 10 team...also i honestly think if it came down to iowa vs penn state. i wouldnt be surprised if they chose penn state...i got a few reasons 1) they both have a great turn out in fans but penn state has more of them 2) Popularity 3)Media coverage(kinda ties in with 2) who would you rather hear about a boring iowa? or The Penn State, LineBacker U, Joe Pa... just saying
