Is there a deadline as to when letters need to be turned in? What time will we know if our offical class is the predicted class? Do walk-ons have to send a LOI as well? I'm hioping at some point to see the combiined scholly and walk-on list. GBR!

While the scholarship limits were higher (120 in early 70's) I'd say there were 15 to 25 walkons each class. So a full recruiting class with a full walk-on class would be closer to 50 new athletes. Thanks for clarifying.

I grew up in a rural community in Western Neb. I live in Denver now. My small town NE education was way better than anything they get here. Anyone that wants to learn can suceed in any situation. Education really begins at home. Who was this thread about? Any updates?

Recently, in a radio interview, TO said recruiting won't be where it needs to be until we re-establish a very strong walk-on program. During the TO years how many walk-ons did we have in a recruiting class?

Can someone explain how the "greyshirt" works? Maybe its a dumb question but I honestly don't know.

Could someone actually put a real list of walk ons in this thread?

yeah, especially when you dress over 100 for a home game...I do really wished they would do away with duplicate numbers for starters...Remember when the announcers thought that Zach Taylor was on the field for the punt block unit (against Colorado in '06 I think), but it was McKeon. I think it was Murillo, weren't they both the same #. FWIW- I would like to see black uni's. This topic comes up often and it makes people freak out but I'd still like to see it. The all white unis against CU weren't my favorite but I still thought it was cool that they did it. I thought Georgia's black uni's were pretty cool. All of the husker clothing I own and wear is black.

If you have Comcast it is on Ch 5- the comcast channel. It is also on one of the fox affiliates. It is on at some odd time so I DVR it and watch it later. I just did a search under "Coach" and under "Nebraska" and it didn't reveal anything so......although we got every episode of BS With Bill we don't seem to get the Bo Show yet.
