The announcers were bad... but I thought the officials were good. If I have a choice, I will take it that way every time.

The thing that always bugs me about the alternate uni's that we wear... is that they never live up to the ones I see on this board. Seriously, can someone at Addidas or our Athletic Department get a clue already. Alternate Uni's are alot like jumping out of an airplane; you cannot be half commited to it... it has to be all or nothing. If we are gonna do it, do it. No more sacred cows please.

I think it is still way to early to give out letter grades on reallignment. In another 5 years or so we will see how things have shaken out in College Football. Personally, I like the Big Ten Conference... and I love not paying $40 on pay per views.

Thanks all for the answers (except Nate). Hopefully the officials will be good, the Hotel nice, and the tickets cheap. I am a just few hours from Jacksonville and will most likely attend this game, but I think I am gonna wait a little while and see how things play out.

I think it is Davison's, and I don't think it is close. However, the one thing Westerkamp's Katch has going for it, is that it happened at Memorial. Not that "turning the sprinklers on" and getting Missery fans off the field and goal post wasn't entertaining; but the fan reaction Saturday was pretty special.

Did anyone catch Jordan's answer in the press conference as to whether his catch was better than Matt's? His answer really surprised me... he said he couldn't comment on that because he hadn't seen Davison's catch and that he would have to go look it up. Am I the only one who would like the current players on Nebraska to watch a steady stream of videos containing the greatest moments on Husker history on their off days? LOL I mean... C'mon man!

Do not know enough about Wilder to comment --- but Franklin would seem at the surface of things to be an incredible candidate... You ought to look up Wilder. If the day comes that NU is looking for a coach, I would like to see someone like James Franklin at Vanderbilt or even Bobby Wilder at ODU considered. Someone with a proven record of recruiting and building a program.
