We have a good schedule and some faith on this squad. When someone as Suh makes such a comment, he must believe it. The man is very soft spoken and when he speaks YOU LISTEN. I certainly hope he is right, would love to see an NC or 10 the next 10 years. Consider me a believer.

I like the new look, very smooth. Though it continues to log me out after every post. I'm just mentioning it in case it might not be noticed, plenty of patience over here.

The kid is nothing but class. We're going to miss him, but he's helped lay the groundwork for every recruit we currently have on the defense and many in the future. I wish him the best of luck in his career and will always root for him, even if he would end up on the crappy Giants or even worse those dbags in Philly.

I'm going on a limb here and nominating fro_daddy. Though he is a dirty Missourian, he's got class. He could have had a nice brand new Nebraska grill cover, but no, he's too good to drink with his buddy Husker in Lost Wages.

Call me nostalgic, but I will give Carnes the benefit of doubt here. One could only hope he was even half of what Tommy was and we'll have 2 NC's. Either way I agree with WVHuskers take, whichever one the coaches want, i'll support.

Lead at half by 1, so far it's a victory for NU. If they can keep it close they can win this game.

I heard it had to do with his father's name being Mario. Supposedly they're close, so friends and family would call them Mario & Yoshi. Thanks Nexus, would have never known.

Man, that guy is good. Less than 12 hours after the news he has this up and running. Friggin hilarious 99% of the time as well.

I see your point if Lane is viewing this from a completely selfish perspective, which it appears his is. But I do think there's something to be said for honoring a commitment (at least a little bit) and having a sense of obligation to the kids and parents of those kids who you just recruited. Everything Lane has shown us points to the conclusion that he is an immature and narcissistic person. And it's especially sad that a guy like that resonates so well with high school athletes today. AMEN!!

I really hope parents of current recruits and potential future recruits are paying attention to this scum bag. Sucks that Monte is also taking a black eye in this one, though he does deserve it as he raised a scumbag son.
