I have seen an improvement already in our S&C results with how our guys look, and what we look like at the line of scrimmage. First year of Frost we were still getting pushed around pretty bad by Iowa and Wisconsin. Last year we were much improved (except for tOSU game). The results should start to really show this year. The problem with the seeing the improvement in some of the upperclassmen is some do not have the frames to put that kind of weight on. Boe Wilson, Hixson, and guys like the Davis twins have shorter frames. The rest of the guys we are wanting to see blossom are underclassmen, and they will take time. Especially guys in the trenches. Patience... I trust that guys like Benhart and Robinson will have a different look to them this year.

Frost is the guy. Love the direction of the team. Love the scheme. Defense looks to have taken a small step forward last year. Offense returns a ton. It is just that Next years schedule is brutal. If I say that we will win 8 or 9 games next year it means we have passed @ Iowa and Minnesota. I am not sure we have passed them yet. Sure hope this is the year we break through. GBR!!

With looking at the last 5 games on the schedule I hate to say it but 6 wins is the expectation. I think we can win more, but it would be rough to spend another season without a bowl game.

I agree, but Iowa had a better year in 2015. They were a play away from being undefeated.... until the Stanford massacre.

Taking time before committing is different than when I guy has been a long time commit and class recruiter. Taking time beforehand is to make sure you don’t have to do the other option.

Crazy. We build time into our team meetings for kids to take a quick minute or two to look at their phones.That way they arent thinking about it the whole time and to give them a break since you can only hold a kids attention for so long. Kids are pretty attached to their phones these days. I do think it was a poor decision to choose your phone over playing in the state title game. Stuff like this is part of the reason we drove up the day of the state title instead of staying the night. Staying in a hotel with a HS football team is a nightmare.

AJ Epenesa was not hand crafted. Wirfs was also a beast coming out of HS. Some guys they develop, some are pretty talented players.

That is bc they do such a good job of developing guys. The guys on our roster have never had that chance. Either do to losing Position coaches every other year, changing schemes, or turnover of roster due to staff change. That trend should be starting to change as Frost's first couple classes start to grow up. Iowa has had some talent. You can almost make the argument that they underachieve for the talent they have on the roster.

New mizzou coach is making St. Louis a priority. They got a DT commit from the top private school Desmet the other day. You win the private schools in St. Louis and you can land some pretty elite talent. I am sure OU and others will be involved, but mizzou will put up a fight.
