    How much cash will Barry's make for the spring game? 20K?

    Anyone know if 60K tickets have been sold yet? I really don't know a lot of people that buy tickets for the game, instead they just head down for the atmosphere and the partying but I still think, if it starts warming up next week, that this could be an 80K plus crowd.

    If you went to Lincoln and hit the bars after the games you would see players (not just scrubs but starters) out on O street by probably 8pm after a 2:30 game. Anyone else remember seeing that?

    Not to be mean, but you have a very myopic point of view when it comes to these athletes. In their shoes, I wouldn't want to do anything to put my scholarship, place on the team or even possible professional career in jeopardy. That is hardly myopia... How much is the smoke going to cost Gregory in the draft? He is going from being a millionaire to still being a millionaire

    With the way the weather has been I am wondering what it could be like on the 11th! I swear the spring game is either balls out amazing temps or just horrible. I am hoping for balls out! Nothing worse than trying to tailgate or go from bar to bar when its cold, windy and drizzling out. Also, anyone know if Jack Daniels is doing their sweet party above Sandy's?

    No one has mentioned that you should visit the SAC Mueseum and if you have time...check out the zoo? Those horrible ideas always get posted! Like Landlord said...Rail Yard area is a blast...some of the tailgating spots are awesome and O street is fun on game day.

    you mean just like professional athletes? I am an amateur competitive cyclist and I abstain from both... If you are serious enough about doing well, you won't do either as they will hinder your performance as well as land you in trouble as well. You clearly have never read stories from Olympic Villages.... Didn't they go through like 1,500 rubbers! haha!

      A name to keep an eye on is Greg Marshall. Not saying he would leave WSU but every big name school that needs a new coach should be throwing trucks of cash at him with what he's done at Wichita.

      I dont know if Greg Marshall is a big enough name for them, but I also thought of him.

       

      A name I would be intrigued by is Bo Ryan. He is losing a lot of talent at Wisco. Doubt he would leave.

    I get to hit the gym at the non-packed times...which is nice but also sucks...I don't see as many hotties.

    I am 100% with you on that. Not the % part, I like that part...but I am 100% with you on the "don't get caught, don't be stupid and don't let it affect your game" I think most of us would agree with that.

    I work with a guy that just finished up at UNL and he said that lots of the BBall team was out at the bars all the time and a lot of the football team too... God I miss college!

    I think that the smoking rate would be high because it doesn't seem to "hurt" the body like drinking does...but you could be wrong and I could be way off.

    I would be interested to know what peoples thoughts are on this...If have about 120 kids on the team I would think that it would break down like this... Percentage that drink during the season: 90% Percentage that smoke during the season: 70% What do you think? Also...I have never been one to care if they do this stuff during the season and I think it is because I remember going to school at NU when I would see all those guys out at bars or partying doing all this stuff and winning tons of games.
