I LOVED Shields and still think he is a top all time Husker. I don't see Roby being like that but he can end up being decent. The Illini played 4 true freshmen in that game. That is a scary thought. The good news for NU and their fans, they won.

Michigan and the Illini play different types of defense. It wasn't that the Huskers played "bad" it is simply what the Illini defense does to teams. Teams average 19 TO's a game against them and I think NU only had like 10. If anything they played okay. Michigan on the other day will slice you up with spacing.

This is so true...almost NO girl wants the guy to wait until the end of the date, walk them to the door, everything is super uncomfortable and then the guy goes "Would it be okay if I kissed you?" If anything, most girls (and guys) want the kiss to happen "spontaneously" during the date. Landlord is right, guys don't like it and most girls hate it. No girl/guy wants to go through a checklist of permissions. 1. Can I hold you hand? 2. Can I hug you? 3. Can I kiss you? 4. Can I take off your top? and on and on. LL's post is spot on, it really is. When BRB mentions that he is glad he isn't single today this is what he means. He means that it sounds like a cluster f#*k and he is right.

I know some people thought it would be double digits but I didn't see that happening. I was thinking it might be around 2...but 5.5 doesn't surprise me. I have not bet it yet...I want to see the totals. This might be a game that we get a nice low total like a 130...I could see it being over that.
