i think bo presents enough intensity that the color of his sweatshirt doesn't really matter.

i know it is only one play, but he got absolutely steamrolled last night on that blocked extra point. he watched the kick while on his back.

suh throwing gabbert down (although i don't wish injury on anyone).

1. i hate when qb's pitch the ball when they know the rb is going to take a loss also. this just makes the option that much more risky for the same amount of loss. 2. not a great pitch but helu should have hung on to the ball. it is a very low percentage of the time that an option pitch is absolutely perfect. helu should get the blame for not holding onto the ball. 3. everybody wants to blame lee but green wouldn't have won that game. when he came in as the starter i cringed. green will be great at nebraska but lee has much more experience (this year and j.c.) and while he holds onto the ball on passing plays way too long and is incredibly indecisive, all we needed in this game was a game manager. green makes bad passing decisions (he is a freshman) and there is no doubt he would have thrown some picks. did you see landry's overthrows? that is what green does.

i thought he was the best player on the field last night. i just wished that bo would have blitzed with phillip even more. when dillard blitzes, good things happen.

now if only the offense could rank anywhere near where the defense does.

i've already seen the coverage maps, etc... in my area we are getting the uconn game, whoopee!!!!! i know sometimes the regionally televised games that aren't shown in your area are played on espn alternate. i've checked my t.v. schedule throughout the day and it doesn't come up on the espn alternate schedule. is there a chance they will still show the game on alternate? or will i have to find it on justin.tv? if anyone knows the channel on justin i would sure like to know.

i thought this thread was going to be about if our offense played our defense in a game. if that were the case i am pretty sure our defense would win 21-3.

suh and henery are far and away our two best players. suh will be 1st team aa and henery should be 1st or 2nd team. they are our only "elite" players.

just got done watching the game on dvr and haven't read any posts about the game but: --our d backs still do not look for the ball --there is a major problem with either our o line or our backs hitting the hole --green is not the answer if you want immediate results --our wideouts are below average --our d line are studs --so is dillard and asante --gomes is good but looks like he's not going all out sometimes --west shouldn't be in the game --o'hanlon's name is not thorell and the biggest thing----- whether it's green or lee, why don't we throw the ball over the middle. i'm tired of the 20 yard throws to the sideline for gains of 2 or 3 yards. if they can throw to the sideline, they can throw the ball over the middle for 15 or 20 yards

maybe. i wouldn't like if he went there. he's the type of coach that could turn a program around.

i don't think espn hates us but i KNOW kirk herbstreit does.

i know it was a hypothetical but there is no way in hell richt would ever not be a head coach again. even if he was let go, which would be astoundingly stupid, he would probably get a fairly high level head coaching job within a year.

we need to keep adding speed. at every position. bo and the others can coach them in playing football.

disregard. i was lazy and just saw that the game is on channel 145 (espnA).

three of the kids have soccer matches today and i won't be back until 4:30. last night i set my dvr to record the game on espn (penn state vs. minn on abc here) and i just checked it to make sure i got the right time. when i checked it, it showed that it is not on my dish network timer because it is blacked out. why the heck would it be blacked out?

paul has had maybe two good games and several with one catch (from memory). if he's not doing the little things like blocking, etc.. then i wouldn't expect him to stay in the line-up. that being said, i don't think he would be the one to get demoted. but it's not like our wide receivers have been tearing it up and i think they are the one big flaw on our team. personally, i would like to see paul, gilleylen, and brooks as our starters.
