I don't know if Western Kentucky is any better than Chattanooga. Sure Chattanooga is FCS, but they're well coached, know how to win games, and will put up a fight. Western Kentucky has just acted like laying down for everyone is their job since they've been in FBS (which hasn't been very long). Not a big difference in talent there either. I think we learn a little more playing teams that are outmatched, but will at least put up a fight. Instead of teams that just lay down and collect their playcheck.

No no no, when you get one on one, with no FS (or zero coverage) you simply want air under the ball, the pass should be lobbed up and let your guy go make a play, the chance of picks are almost zero, pass interference comes into play and so do big plays. This type of coverage also opens up one step slants to guys. You are seeing it come along, it will come along. Great insight. There's a lot of criticisms levied at Taylor that are fair. The big passes he made last night isn't one of them.
