  1. Me too. After hearing that he and Diaco allegedly talked Riley out of offering Bryson Williams made me hope Frost shows him the door post haste.
  2. How much of the support staff sticks around? Is that at the discretion of the coach or the AD? For example, I saw the profiles of Billy Devaney and a bunch of GA/intern types still listed on Huskers.com. I imagine the GA's are more of a coach decision but what about a person like Devaney? Trent Bray is still listed as an assistant as well. I presume he'll be gone after a bit of transitional housekeeping but he's still there if that means anything.
  3. Gotta love seeing a LSE legend offering a fellow knight. Hope that has a big impact.
  4. Ha, I just realized that before you said that! Nice catch.
  5. If a team thinks that after hiring a few questionable coaches in a row, having some terrible years, and then hiring a former QB that played there is the answer then they're nuts! Wait....
  6. Most likely not. I know his family and have spoken to them many times about him playing at Nebraska. He wants to be a Husker. These other trips are basically just him having some fun. Anything can happen, however.
  7. And those taxes show too! Lincoln has the best streets in America!
  8. I think the oldest one had 14 kids while he was in middle school and they'll be playing here in the next few years.
  9. Woah, woah, woah! That's not how journalism works anymore!
  10. Coach Seasons Times I yelled "God Damnit, Mike Riley" Notes Bob Devaney 11 N/A Tom Osborne 25 N/A Frank Solich 6 N/A Bill Callahan 4 N/A Bo Pelini 7 N/A Mike Riley 3 382 and counting
  11. Check out the "Massive Erections" thread in the woodshed. That'll tingle your berries if you know what I mean and I think you do because you came up with that innuendo yourself.
  12. How does Frost top the "Hip, hip, hooray!" culture we have in the locker room right now? Riddle me that.
  13. I know a person that is fairly high up in the athletic department and this person has told me it's pretty much a done deal with Frost. This person has no reason to lie to me but I'm still a skeptic. I've heard so much BS over the years...never from this person though. But I'm also just some jerkoff on a message board so take that how you'd like. Also, I saw Ronnie Green at Home Depot the other day. I passed him going the other way and asked him how the Frost deal was going. He just smiled and said that he didn't know what I was talking about, winked at me and then also audibly said "Wink, wink!". One of these statements is true.
  14. This thread has triggered me. Thanks for the trigger warning, shitlord.
  15. Teen Wolf would be offensive for people identifying as Wolf-kin for appropriating wolf culture.
  16. Wow, pathetic. Sidenote: Getting home at 2:56 AM? Were you in bed every night at 10 PM in college?
  17. It's quite possible that he just comes from a naturally strong family.
  18. Just hire all the keyboard warriors on Twitter that praise recruits then bash them when the commit somewhere else. Those guys are already experts and would certainly have a hand in landing a top 5 class next year. No doubt about it.
  19. I am from Beatrice and I grew up with some Jurgens. I just assumed he was related to them. Cool, thanks! There are tons of Jurgens in the area. Cam is actually from outside of Pickrell. A small town just a few miles North of Beatrice.
  20. As much as I'd like to see him get 8 picks, I hope he doesn't. I hope he becomes such a threat that QBs will just stop throwing his way.
  21. Obama has been very polarizing when it has come to whistleblowers. It's confusing. Anyway, Manning is going to have a rough road to travel after [insert whatever pronoun you want here] is released. A dishonorable discharge (which I highly doubt there will ever be a chance of an upgrade in character of discharge), a felonious criminal record, a gender transition, recovering from a very long stint in solitary confinement (11 months I think), and I would probably wager that there will be some death threats and related nonsense in the months/years following release. Manning may be getting released from prison early but it won't be all sunshine and roses in the days ahead.
