It has never really made sense to me how you can have guys struggling to shoot 60%. I would almost just assume they dont practice them. I feel like if you gave me a year, I could get shoot 85% in free throw situations at that level... I would be garbage at everything else and fatigue is probably a real issue.

I actually look forward to this. I think he will need some practice about picking his spots and not trying to get too cute with his takes. Kind of want him and Kevin Kugler together for a few games. I think they could have some great banter/chemistry.

From what I read on the twitter machine, it sounds like on one of the in-bounds, they actually ran a play.... It might be sort of weird to see this team actually have offensive plays.

Curious if this is a case of "Wanting attention" or his fall back school decided they werent as interested as he once thought. I get it is tough for these kids with all the voices and what not, so I rarely rip on kids but this does seem to be a bit of a "I want the attention" deal. Who knows. I trust the staff has it handled and if Rodney joins us, I will be happy to have him as long as he is 100% N and ready to work.

While I get where you are going, I also think you are missing some of the point. Not all players will be monetizing based on their likeness but the higher level will and some will simply for being in things like video games. It wont be large money, but some schools might feel the brunt. That doesnt stop them from continuing to just print jerseys with no names on the back. I dont think it snow balls the way you suggest it will. It will just now allow a player to sign hi jersey and sell said jersey and make money. While yes, it could create an issue where a booster buys that jersey for 200K, i think that already happens. It will be up to the NCAA to control that(I actually dont even know if selling a jersey would be allowed with the new potential rule). The issue is that in the current day, these kids likeness makes schools millions of dollars and they dont see that. I get that they get scholarships, but when you look at what NBA/NFL players make or even what colleges make, that doesnt even began to even it out.

If anything, I think this has a better shot of evening out the talent gap for some schools. If I am between being the 14th best player on Alabama or the best player at Kansas, and being the bet player at kansas means bobbleheads, jerseys and what not with my likeness are sold and I make money, I might consider that.* *I understand in my example that would force this person to play for Kansas which would suck.

Let me start by saying I havent heard any of the rumors going around but if it involves a defensive player, my money is on one of the Davis twins. Apparently they got into it with some of the coaches. Not sure if that hurts more than for this years depth. I wouldnt be shocked if we had some issues with getting buy in from the Davis twins.

Wandale has already played in more than 4 games and isnt eligible to redshirt this season. Nor would I want him to.
