For what it's worth. I used Executive Travel to go to Los Angeles for the USC game a few years ago. They did a great job. That was the only time I've traveled that way, but I was impressed. But like I said, I have nothing to compare it to, other than taking off with an atlas or internet directions.

I don't think this will help you for this Saturday, however; this is what my brother in Norfolk has done. He has Dish Network, but uses my parents Lincoln address. He is set up on automatic payments, so my parents don't have to mess around with the monthly statements. I would contact your local Dish guy to ask them for advice. You may be able to just call Dish and do a change of address. You may be able to get the Omaha and Lincoln local stations rather than Sioux City's. Good luck.

I have 4 tickets in row 2 of the B section and a parking pass in Lot 1 (50 yards from the door). The game is Tuesday Nov. 10. I'll mail them to any Husker fan that wants them. No cost. Just don't want them to hit the trash can. I live in Holdrege and can't make it.

I grew up hating Norte Dame. Didn't know why, probably because my dad did. I went to South Bend for the Nebraska game in 2000. After being there and spending the weekend, I left with a whole different attitude about them. We were treated great. Not only at the game, but on campus, tailgaiting, the hotel... everywhere. The campus was unbelievable. I guess what I'm saying is that I don't hate them. I still enjoy watching them lose. I would like them to lose the big money tv deal. But I would have to say that I do respect them. I will agree with most everyone on this thread that Lou Holtz is an idiot.

Tommie Frazier in my opinion is the greatest Husker ever on the field. If I had to combine on and off field since playing; I'd say that Turner Gill would get my vote.

Jeff is still in Kansas City. He works selling banks all over the midwest investments for their investment portfolios. I just saw him the first week of December. He was in south central nebrasaka hunting with his son. He is doing just fine.

This is my last post. I can no longer stand the overall pesimistic attitude shown by so many on here. Before Coach Pelini has coached one game, we have already railed on him for his staff. No one knows what is going to happen. They could be great, they may be terrible, only time will tell. We have people all over Tom Osborne, questioning his morals. Questioning if he is really telling the truth. What is the matter with you? We can't hire Nebraska guys! We can only hire Nebraska guys! We need to hire Jim Grobe! We need Paul Johnson! We need to keep Callahan! I understand what an opinion message board is. I realize I will be flamed for this post. Quite frankly I don't care anymore. I think that the anti-Nebraska fans have taken over this board. I'm not saying that most are not fans of Nebraska, but more and more, this place is sounding like every other fan sight on the net. I think we all need to take a deep breath. ESPN has this shown on their RUMOR CENTRAL page. It is not like Chris Berman has this as Sportscenter top story. Breathe deeply!!!! Tom Osborne is in control. No one cares more or knows more about Cornhusker football. He will get the best man for the job in his time. Breathe deeply!!!!

You say you will not support Turner Gill, that you want someone with more experience. But then you say you want Bo Pelini?? Just what experience does Bo Pelini bring that Turner Gill does not? Bo has been a coordinator, co-coordinator. Worked with Les Miles, Bob Stoops and Frank Solich in college programs. Turner has been a head coach for two years, was quarterback coach for NU under Solich and the greatest coach in histroy Tom Osborne. He was coaching in Nebraska for three National Championships and playing for another. I would be very happy with either Turner Gill or Bo Pelini, but I just don't see where your experience comment holds any water.

Wow!! Way to go the extra mile for a fellow Huskerboard friend.

Tom Osborne addressed this in a recent interview. He stated calmly that history will record the six seasons that Frank Solich was head coach, as coach that won over 75 percent of his games(better career percentage than Bear Bryant). Won a Big 12 championship, finished number 2 one year. Went to three BCS bowls and played for a National Championship. Had 9 All Americans, 6 Academic All Americans, Heisman winner. I know you can throw alot of darts at Frank Solich, but when you look back at his tenure, it isn't anything to get sick over. I have 100 percent faith in Tom Osborne to choose our future coach.

None of us know what is going through Bill Callahan's mind. I hope he is leaning the Lord. He needs to. We all need to. My only question is if that is truly what he believes, why haven't we heard that during the past four years?
