Teams always look past games no matter what they say, or they just dont care about 3-8 teams. Have any of you played basketball or football and played the worst team in your confernece or state? Those were always my worst games.. You find yourself going down to your oppenets levels.

I will never get over that fumble that costed us the Texas game.. With that said, i dont see alot of playing time, but hope he does well.

I think watson can be a good playcaller with the right QB, like ganz. So maybe if this kid is mobile like ganz was ( not fast or quick, just has the instinct to know when to take off out of the pocket) he will work our just fine.

May have been talked about before, but does anyone else think that we need to blitz more than we do? I know we have a good to great front four, but the past couple of games it has helped when we bring another guy or two, especially a corner or Dillard up the middle. It makes the opposing QB have to throw the ball out of his hands much faster and is more likely to throw an interception. I feel that we should bring more heat this weekend, especially with QB's that arent great passers like Hansen. Does anyone else feel this way, or does dropping seven into coverage make more sense?

If we cant beat Iowa State or if we have games where we have 8 turnovers, lets not talk about top 15, lets talk about Colorado or Texas!!

Boulder is just North West of Denver, so i would guess the elevation is somewhere around 6,000 ft. The only thing it really affect would be the stamina of some players.

Not trying to argue but wasnt compton undecided almost until signing day? BC's players that he recruited can be termed as "sketchy". They had the stars and what not but if you go to rivals and look at how many never were heard of because they either left or didnt pan out. I will take 3 and 4 stars that stay for the 4 of 5 years and develop than the 4 and 5 stars that think they are great and dont being the intensity you need on a team. I have never liked Asante much, but this year, he has shown that you need those type of players to succeed, whether they are as skilled as others who dont really care.

Its a couple weeks away, but Texas is going to be one of those games where you just cant stomach to watch it after half time, maybe not by the score but by the play calling. If watson plays this game not to get blown out, then we can call for his head. McCoy wont throw 5 picks, and he will move the pocket (clearly NU's weakness). I watched him once live this year, and he really isnt all that impressive. He isnt the same Colt that will run wild and play his style. Their O-line isnt all that great though.. But i just hope we play with nothing to loose on offense and hope we never see an option play as long as Lee is at Nebraska
