  1. This dip is great on a thin crust pizza! My wife made it for us this past weekend and I had to pass along the greatness. First make the chicken dip which can be enjoyed on crackers or celery sticks...whatever you like! Ingredients (Dip) 1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup ranch -or- blue cheese dressing 1/2 cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank's Red Hot) 2 (12.5 oz) cans of chunk chicken -or- grill some breasts up and cut it up! Directions Heat cream cheese in pan on low heat and then mix in dressing and hot sauce. When close to smooth add the chicken chunks and stir. That's the dip! Serve it on anything you like. Ingredients (Pizza) 1 - pizza crust (store bought or make your own...see below) 1 - pkg cheese (Mozzarella or Blue Cheese crumbles) Directions Coat the crust with the dip and top with cheese of your choice. Bake it up according to crust directions -or- follow directions below for a ass kicking crust. Ingredients (Crust) 2.5 cups bread flour 2.25 teaspoons yeast 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil Directions Mix it all up until it is mixed. Let it sit 10 minutes. You don't need to knead it. Divide it up. It makes 4 thin crust 10 inch pizzas. Save what you want in the refrigerator in round bottom containers coated with olive oil. The flavor improves up until about day 5. It will also store well in the freezer for a few weeks. Bake it at 425 for 15 minutes.
  2. I just learned I will not be home during the Cornhusker's inaugural outing as a member of the Big 10 when we play Chattanooga. I will be in South Sioux City (Nebraska) and was wondering if there will be any bar's etc. that may be showing this game?
  3. I really hope we can do something to separate ourselves from the Buckeyes and the Badgers as far as uniforms go. I don't think the red and white is going anywhere but damn we look a lot like Wisconsin.
  4. I want to attend this year and would love to take my son (5) and daughter (9) to the game as well. I understand that kids get in free. When I buy tickets online for my wife and I how do I account for my kids? Do I need to buy 4 tickets and look for a kids option?
  5. Much respect OU. Thanks for the kind words and I hope to be alive to see our two teams meet again in some form or fashion before the rumored 2020-21 series (wish it was three games).
  6. Damnit, I hate rumors like this and the speculation that comes with them but... I have been thinking about Taylor's sideline behavior and the critique that he should be wearing a headset. Maybe the coaches don't want the kid in the loop because he is not going to be a part of the program anymore? Why let him in on the play calling if he is just going to leave? Again, I take all these rumors with a grain of salt but damn there are just more and more all the time. I hope the guy stays and that this is all just rampant speculation. If he does not want to be a part of the team then I say let him go. Tough to loose a talent like him but I think the kid needs to do what he wants in order to make himself happy. If he is miserable with the Huskers than I guess he needs to do what is best for him.
  7. OSU tried their ass off, hats off to them. OU vs. NU though.....mighty fine.

  8. Preface: The (legitimate) threats are despicable and totally uncalled for. It's a game people... I do not even want to fathom what the media is going to do with this. A small minority of fans has to go overboard so the Big 12 stereotypes the entire fanbase? Expecting a murder on the field? WTF. How many other coaches etc. get hate mail? This is getting just stupid. Why not just send a rep....or just the trophy. (didn't even know there was a division trophy) Hell Suh could have presented it to us for all I care! Just a media blitz on NU to make the Big 12 look like the victim. Sadly it will most likely work. /facepalm
  9. According to the knapplc play-by-play (thx by the way) of the news conference today it seems like always there are two sides to this story.
  10. SKERS! Hoping for a good game from both sides here. No injuries and low penalties. GO BIG RED!!! <----- I love these guys!!
  11. Based off this article which can be found here would you believe that Taylor is 100% or close to it? Or do you just think this is a Wats/Pelini smoke screen? Personally I think no one is buying that Taylor is "100%" until he cuts and heads down field for six.
  12. So.....is 787 or 787-1 the HD channel? It does not say!
  13. SKERS! Let's win one for the home team! Love these guys!
  14. ISU goes down to CU!? Huh.

My butt puked when I saw the highlights...

  15. I just wanted to talk about the game! Bo and company can focus on Kansas but A&M kind of turned up the heat as of late. I haven't payed much attention to them this season but the rumblings are making me take notice. Similar to the 24 unanswered 4th quarter points Kansas scored against CU! Apologies for the premature thread. Go Huskers!!
  16. I am not looking past any opponent this year I just thought I would get the discussion going on this one a bit early. Maybe too early....
  17. So A&M is looking a little dangerous right now and there is no way anyone can look past these guys on November 20th. Texas A&M has a win over OU and plays Baylor this week. They lost to Mizzou, Okie State and Arkansas earlier in the season. Not very many impressive wins outside of OU though. Has this team come alive late in the season? How do you think NU stacks up against A&M? Factoring in our injuries though is a must.
  18. Do we really want a more reserved Bo Pelini on the sideline? I agree that at certain times he can be a little over the top but passion is passion. I can not understand why everyone thinks we should "own" teams like ISU during our last hurrah through the Big 12 where everyone is out for blood versus NU. Have you seen the ISU Cyclonefanatic board? Those people HATE US!!! They claim that they "owned" us at home last year and that ISU beat themselves this year but refuse to even acknowledge the same is true last year in regards to the ISU win in Lincoln. If ISU had eight turnovers on Saturday the score would be what everyone thought it should be but guess what? ISU came to play and did a helluva job if you ask me. Granted we had in 3rd and Rex (4th!?) string QB's and a top defender sidelined too but I'll be damned if ISU did not play like this was their friggin' Superbowl and almost eeked out another win. The team played with heart and to win....it seemed to me at times that we just played to "not lose." CU is another team that although statistically horrible will play NU like it is the end of the world. Will it be shame on us if we don't blow them out of the water....even if T-Magic or Lee is not good to go? You can bet your ass it will be, especially in the eyes of everyone who is not a die hard NU fan. Steering back on topic though I think Bo is just Bo and that he will continue to grow as a head coach. The guy is young as a coach and I can see where he is coming from. I have empathy for a man who has had to deal with unnecessary scrutiny in regards to NU hits, leaving the Big 12 etc. but gets no breaks on the field unless it is blatant. Bo was fired up during the Mizzou game too, just in a different way. The halftime interview that he gave during the ISU game could have been more reserved but can you blame the guy? He's doing the best he can with what he has and if at times he gets pissed, so be it. Now if he starts choking players....we have problems.
  19. A credit to not only Legate but to Rex for just beasting up and shoving that punk off of him with one arm there at the end.
  20. Nice of Legate to get in there and help out. Bad for him to get called on it. This is just dirty. Look at that knee at the end...
