Maybe. The thing we're seeing in sports, particularly with players, but this can apply to coaches, too, is that the money is becoming so great it isn't as much an incentive. It's not a life changer anymore to go from x to y. When that happens, it becomes much harder to pull someone from a P5 Program. We're not talking Memphis or Houston or UCF that have artificial ceilings that they alone can't overcome. Iowa St is not a top tier program, but there is nothing stopping them from pursuing that goal.
