At the end of the game Texas had some of the worst clock management I've ever seen. And Nebraska defense some of the worst discipline I've ever seen to let Texas waltz into field goal range. yea...both teams played like crap for the end of the game....fortunately for texas their kicker managed to avoid making the mistakes that everyone else was making.

good lord. last i checked....the opposing fans walked through the same gates as the home fans. would they not be considered the greastest fans also since the sign says the greatest fans (not greatest husker fans) who are walking through the gates? it is a welcome message to the fans attending the games. what is so wrong with that?

i always thought they were more of a welcome from the team to the fans rather than the fans claiming to be the best. guess it is how you interpret the signs. but why should we care if opposing fans bring the signs up? it is somewhat fresher than the N for Knowledge joke that has been around since dinosaurs roamed the earth yet every opposing fan thinks is fresh when they recite it.
