As I start this thread, there is a 20% chance of rain on Saturday up in Madison. I realize, at the end of the day, this is just a football game. The better team should come out on top. It's probably just wishful thinking, but how incredible would it be for the game to come down to a field goal by Drew Brown? Joe Tessitore is calling the game. He was one of the last people to see Sam Foltz alive. Everything is set up for a magical night in Madison. What better way to exorcise the demons of Camp Randall? Call me crazy, but there is something magical about this team and this season. For once in my life, as a football fan, I'm praying for rain. GO BIG RED!

Thank goodness that's not the case, huh? Never isn't to be taken literally, you know? Like only once barely beating their worst team of the last 8 years with the second largest comeback in school history after a fourth down stop where the runningback didn't even know he was getting the ball and then going on to lose to that sam team by 40 or so kind of still fits within the point I'm making. I think you do a nice job of blending the game audio with the radio broadcast. You use good footage, as far as quality is concerned, and the length of the video is just right. No complaints here. Keep up the good work, Zach!

Other than beating LSU who has since fired their coach and beating Michigan State who has now only won two games, how has he FAR exceeded expectations? I agree that Wisconsin has been somewhat of a surprise, but they are still a two loss team. They were just a three loss team last year. We are a couple of spots ahead of them in the polls, we're currently undefeated, and we're fresh off a seven loss season. Wisconsin's two losses have come by a combined 14 points against the #2 & #3 teams in the country. One of those losses was on the road. They beat LSU and Sparty, and yeah both are weaker than we thought they'd be, but both LSU and Michigan State are better than any team we've played so far. Northwestern disagrees with you.

Do you know why they have short segments like this? Online media content. If it is much longer than a minute, people won't finish watching it. I personally believe they have short segments like this because they legitimately couldn't make it last any longer. They don't dig deep enough to have a real discussion. But that's just my opinion. I understand what you're saying, though.

We're not overly sensitive, and the people who point out that "Husker fans need to stop thinking the media is against them" aren't dropping profound wisdom on the board. Of course it's not just Husker fans. I never implied that it was. I also never implied that I was dropping profound wisdom.

Husker fans really need to squash this self-conscious attitude we have towards the media. It's exactly why the national pundits laugh at us. It's funny to them and I can see why. On a side note. I thought I heard 52 of 62, but still, that's incredible. Love the progress of this defense. If the linebackers come along these next few weeks, we'll have a good chance of getting to Indy.
